Great but..

I really like the warming (hot setting) a lot! It really helped work in my moisturizer and serums. It felt amazing doing the small circular motions. The serum really helps it slide... Although the reason I was so excited was for the cooling (cold setting) effects..but I was disappointed. The cooling plate didn’t stay cool enough to really help with my puffy eyes. The plate got really cold but lost the cold when I rubbed it across my puffy eyes and cheeks. I will continue to use it and try the cold setting again and again. I was just hoping for a huge change in my dark tires puffy eyes.

Warm or Cold, it's just right

So first off this is easy and pretty simple to use. Hold down power till it beeps(btw, it's pretty loud) pick whether you'd like hot or cold, and add on vibrations or not. After that, apply your favorite serum and/or moisturizer and apply to your face! I truly enjoyed this product. Not only were instructions easy, the charger happens to be one I've actually got a few lying around, which means if one disappears I'm not screwed. The warm is not too powerful, and I was surprised how well the cooling did its job. It's a great wake up call in the morning, especially for any eye puffiness, and the warmth feels good when I'm preparing for bed. I'm tempted to try this while using a sheet face mask just to help really absorb the product!

Plum Beauty Facial Massager is amazing!

I really liked the Plum Beauty Hot & Cold Facial Massager because not only did I noticed my glowing and beautiful skin, after using it for only a week, but the Plum Beauty facial massager was really very good in increasing circulation to my face area and warm up the tissue to make it more pliable and workable when applying my serums and creams. The Plum Beauty facial massager has two modes that can be set to hot or cold, and to softly vibrate on your skin, and I have to mention how it does wonders when using the cold mode under my puffy eye area. This is an amazing product!

This product works really great!!

I am super happy to try this Plump Beauty, hot & cold facial massager. This product is super easy to use, it has 2 kinds of setting mode, it has "warm" setting which helps soothe skin and "cool" setting helps brighten skin, de-puff, and reduce swelling. I really love the vibration thing in this product, it delivers the relaxing feeling, which is it helps to absorbs the skincare products. I am in Love with this tool, I highly recommend it to my family and friends.

Plum Beauty Hot & Cold

So far the Plum Beauty Hot & Cold Facial Massager is a sturdy, solid product made of good material. I especially like the light indicator and easy use. However, l wouldn’t purchase or recommend this particular product from Plum Beauty because I don’t see much use in it. It definitely warms up quickly and is a comfortable warmth but the vibrations don’t seem to have any massaging effect. It just makes a buzzing sound. Also, if you don’t use the correct serum or cream, it tugs on the skin. I like the cooling option, it feels good on the skin.

I wish it would last longer, maybe mines was defective but I had to charge mines for a long time only to last so little. Overall I think it is a good product my face was smoother looking.

Must buy:

I am so happy with this product! It is such nice quality and solid. I enjoy using the cold in the morning to depuff under my eyes. And I use the warm setting after I put on my skin care and I can feel the difference of the skin care not sitting on top of my skin but actually penetrating deeper

Amazing

The cold heat technology is excellent, it gives a beautiful look to the skin, it leaves it soft, young, looking great, it does not make the skin last or cause wounds, in my case it helped me a lot with my acne problems
