No sticky residue or feeling of buildup
What I like the most about this heat protectant spray was how it didn't leave any residue behind in my hair after using it with the blow dryer and hot tools. With other sprays, they would leave this film and a stickiness that will transfer from my hair to my hands and my hot tools. This could leave build up on hair and tools but this spray doesn't leave your hair feeling like that at all. It helps my hair feel more natural. I will have to say the fragrance had a strong enough scent but isn't too overwhelming. It kind of had this baby powder floral scent that gives off a very 'soft' feel to your hair. It's always difficult to figure out if a product like this is actually doing what its supposed to do without really doing research or using a microscope but I will say this product is doing well on the surface end of product testing.

Wonderful
I am really liking this Play it cool Heat protectant spray. I’ve been using it before I use my flat iron and blow dryer. Makes me hair feel and look good! Would definitely recommend this!

Heat spray...sorry...not that Hot.
First, what i like....the bottle is excellent, its a great size, fits perfectly in my bag and the nozzle sprayer is fabulous! I luuuuuvvv the "safety" button to make sure it doesn't leak and get all over. I like the scent...its a light airy scent and very nice. Unfortunately, that's the best things..its just an OK spray...I've had better,.... it actually dried my hair out a bit after I used it. I'm afraid it didn't protect it at all from the heat. Maybe if it's used for the long haul it'll get better, but I don't think so.

Not for me
I heat style my hair every single day, but rarely use heat protectant sprays because they usually make my thin, fine hair feel odd. I was very excited to try the Hairitage Play It Cool Heat Protectant Spray because I was hoping this would be the spray I'd been dreaming of, unfortunately, I didn't care for it. While the scent was pretty, it was a little strong smelling. I'm not positive how much it really protected hair from heat damage, if at all, but it did leave a strange residue in my hair. The residue made it a little harder to straighten my hair because my straightener didn't glide through my hair as easy as normal. After styling, I thought my hair looked decent, but it seemed my style didn't hold as long. I don't think this is a product I'd purchase in the future.

Love it!!
This product was amazing. It made my hair smell really good. I loved the scent and it worked really well protecting my hair from the damage from my hair dryer, straight iron, and curling iron. I feel that my hair is a lot healthier, at this stage, then it usually is.

Happy with play it cool spray.
I received the play it cool heat peotectant spray. Started using it right away and I'm very happy with the results. Definitely can tell a difference between my old heat peotectant and the play it cool. Works good and still leaves my hair feeling soft. I would definitely recommend this product.

Works great!
This is a great heat protectant, it’s vegan and doesn’t contain harmful chemicals. It’s made with fire tulip and argan oil. I’ve used these when blow drying and flat iron, and it works great. It also smells good and has a nice mist. I distribute it evenly on my hair, and it protects it from damage. Overall, it’s great on the hair! I received this product free for my honest opinion.

Heat Protectant Spray
First impression was that the product is very attractive, plus it has a lock/unlock which I’ve never seen before. The spray itself has a nice scent to it. After using the spray and my hair dryer, my hair remained smooth and less frizz than previously.

Protect with Play it Cool!
This "Play it Cool Heat Protectant Spray" is great. This product delivers what is promises, it helps protect your hair from heat while styling your hair. Spray it on, enjoy the light scent and style. I did have a few issues with the shape and style of the spray trigger as my finger popped off several times. Also wish that the spray could come out in more of a 'spray' form instead of a 'spritz' form. Those are minor things and do not take away from the product doing what it says it will do.
