No flaky residue, even on dark hair
I'm not usually a dry shampoo user due to the flaky buildup it leaves on my dark hair. But the Blossom Pure Haircare Peppermint & Tea Tree Dry Shampoo is totally different than it's aerosol competitors. The very fine powder falls right on the scalp bypassing getting caked on the top layer. I didn't get much of the volume lift but it did deliver as a dry shampoo.

Refreshing Dry Shampoo
First off, I love the smell of this product. It is so refreshing! Also, who doesn't love a dry shampoo? Especially if you're a working parent! It's a great product. I only wish it were bigger.

Convenient and easy to use for quick fix
The twist top cap makes it pretty easy and convenient to use, and hard to miss the spots. The powder spreads and absorbs rather quickly after rubbing it. I can notice that the rubbed area get fluffier and seems to have more texture. I like that the smell gives freshness feelings. It is good for a quick fix when in a rush.

It works, but...
I did not like the Blossom 's Peppermint & Tea Tree Dry Shampoo. The positives: the mint tingle is refreshing and it does help lift your roots for fuller hair. The negatives: After use, my hair feels crunchy, dry , and unhealthy.

Big disappointment
After trying out Blossom Pure Haircare Peppermint and Tea Tree Dry Shampoo and Texturizing Powder, I was unable to get myself to use it again. I used it on a day I would have normally washed my hair because it was getting greasy, especially at the roots. Per the instructions I applied it near my roots and tried to massage it in to distribute the powder, however, my hair almost instantly because stiff like I had a super hold hair spray in it and I was unable to run my fingers through my hair to rub the powder in all the way. I was left with powder residue on my scalp that I was unable to rub in and hair that was stiff as a board. I was unable to do anything with my hair at that point so I had to put it back into a pony tail until I was able to wash it. And it was so difficult to wash in the shower because it was so stiff at the roots. Even after washing it, I could still feel the stiffness in my hair. This product was a total disappointment for me.

A little goes a long way
The Peppermint and Tea Tree Dry Shampoo and Texturing Powder has a nice scent and works well. I didn’t have to use as much as I have with other dry shampoos. However, it is not as easy to use as a spray.

Texture a treat for my roots
I love the light peppermint and tea tree scent of the product which left my hair smelling refreshed and rejuvenated. The volume and texture provided a great lift and made styling really easy to achieve. I used the product on both first and second day hair and I will say that dry shampoo was necessary on the second day to accompany the powder because the powder is fine and doesn’t go a long way. This product is fitting for root lift, texturizer or volume but doesn’t replace the need for dry shampoo on next day hair. So far, I have got my best use of it with backcombing on the crown of my hair for lift or on creating texture on an updo.

Smells Good
I love the scent. Clean and fresh smelling. It left my hair smelling amazing. It does help give hair volume. I didn't like that it my scalp feeling sticky.

Powder vs Spray
It is very convenient to use and it does provide volume as well. I didn't care so much for washing my hair after, it felt like a rats nest and was super sticky feeling. I don't know if I would choose a powder over a spray.

smells beautiful dry shampoo
I didn't particularly enjoy how this product is applied. The powder seems to leave a very stiff feeling, unlike a natural feeling at all. It felt like I had hairspray in my hair afterwards. This wasn't soft.

It does the job but not for me
I received this as a sample and I am glad it was free because I wouldn't buy it. It starts out tacky and then does work as a dry shampoo/texturizer but it leaves my hair feeling stiff and still tacky once it's been applied. Not something I personally want to feel - I'd rather just wash my hair.
