Works Well When Your Zit Is Going To Pop
I absolutely loved using this product, and I do plan to purchase this item consistently. I definitely recommend this product! If I had a zit that had visible puss showing, this product would magically take care of it overnight, and I would wake up to find that the zit had disappeared along with any redness that was there before. My only disappointment was that, if I had a new zit that came up, and it was deeper in the skin with no puss showing, then it seemed to me that this product did not make a difference at all. The results of this product working, really seemed to depend on what stage your zit is in to make a difference.

Effectively discourages picking
This is my first experience using hydrocolloid patches for blemishes. They are definitely effective for discouraging picking of blemishes, which will certainly increase the speed at which the skin heals. Keep in mind that the patch itself does not include any active ingredient(s) to reduce the blemish, but it does keep it covered so you don't pick at it &, in the event that the blemish ruptures, it will absorb the liquid expelled. I like that there are two sizes included. The patches are clear & quite matte; on my very pale skin, a fair distance from the mirror, I could hardly see them. I get the occasional blemish that this product will be useful for. I only wish that I had a product like this growing up when I had way more acne! The only slight negative remark I have is that, in spite of the fact that I used Tinkle razors to shave my face two weeks before using these patches on my cheek, while removing them, they did pull a bit at my peach fuzz. The patches stay on through sleeping.

They work!
When I receive the package it was very sturdy and well designed. But, when I pulled the sheet out of the box I lost about 3-4 patches that was no adhered to the paper that were non-usable. The patches were multi sized that was great for different types of acne. I applied the smaller one and it did stay in all night but when I removed it In the morning it only absorbed a little of the puss. It definitely worked to speed the process of healing but did not exceed my expectations.

Good-bye puss
Wow! they dry up pimples over night. Prevents the need to pop. They seemed to just suck out all the fluid , to start the healing process. I really never used anything that worked so good.

Great
The PanOxyl spot patches work exactly as intended. They are easy to peel and stick and stay on all night. I like that they come in two sizes. The patches do a good job sucking the gunk out and keeping me from picking at pimples

Satisfied but not fully
After one night of wearing a patch I was a little skeptical. There didn’t seem to be much of a difference. After night two I was more satisfied. I could see the bump had decreased. After night three I still had a bump but it was smaller and wasn’t hard, so most of the puss had gone away. I like that it comes with two different size patches and that it’s super easy to use.

Worked on my whitehead.
My overall opinion is that the PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches are okay. It worked on my puss filled whitehead. It didn’t really do much for deeper pimples and one that I already popped.

Be gone
PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches work great. Anytime I see or start to feel a pimple forming I put one on it and wear it overnight. It helps reduce the redness, absorbs the puss, and keeps it clean. In the morning when I take it off my pimple is usually cleared up.

Amazing product!
I absolutely love these PanOxyl overnight spot patches! They work so well at sucking all the gunk out of pimples. I have left scars on my face from trying to pop my zits previously but with these patches I have no worries about leaving marks or scars on my face. These are really great and I will definitely buy them when I need more.

Zit patches are alright
I received the overnight spot patches for free in exchange for my honest review. I tried them on two different acne spots and I didn't see where they did a whole lot. The first one did appear to have some puss on the patch when removed but the other one didn't have anything and the zit was still very prominent.

Could not see or feel it on my face.
It was easy to use. You could not feel it on your face like some of them. It stayed on and did not slip in my sleep. The package keeps the dots from drying out. You could not see it on my face. I would be glad to wear it during the day as well because I could not tell. Some of the patches itch as you wear them PanOxyl did not. I have used lots of different kinds and this one is my favorite. It drew out the puss and within 3 days it was gone. I have had to wear a patch at times many times to get the same result I got in one patch with PanOxyl.

Nice little pimple patch
I’ve used many pimple patches over the years (thanks a lot hormonal cystic acne), so I’ve definitely learned what I do and don’t like. These little patches are nice. They definitely do a great job and sucking out that nasty gunk overnight. They are a good size - and I like that they have two sizes within the package. They are thin enough to be comfortable and fairly unnoticeable. They aren’t quite as sticky as some I have used, but I didn’t have any trouble with them staying on all night (and I’m a squirmy stomach sleeper!). Overall, I was pleased with them. Would definitely buy them again.

Loved them!
These overnight spot patches work like a miracle. They minimize scarring and clear my acne without irritating my skin. Unlike other patches, these stick to my skin and don’t randomly fall off during my sleep. They also don’t leaving any sticky residue and certainly work at sucking up the junk inside the pimple.

Pretty good hydrocolloid acne patches!
Panoxl Overnight Spot Patches are pretty good. These hydrocolloid patches come in a 20 count box, 2 packs of 10 patches. I think this is great because you can open just one pack at a time helping to prevent immature drying out of the patches. The patches are a nice size to put over one pimple. These patches definitely protect your pimples from exposure to the elements and also exposure to you. It helps to prevent me from picking at the pimple. The hydrocolloid deliver enough medicine to the site while also shielding them from getting worse. When wearing, they will absorb any moisture and puss that the pimple excretes. Because of this, I recommend wearing these at night after completing your routine. The only reason why I give it 4 stars rather than 5 is because I have wore other patches that have been more effective. However, these patches still get the job done and work great!

Works ok
I tried these blemish patches and they work decent. I tried applying them to several blemishes I had on my face. It does not pull the puss out of a blemish like other brands however, after wearing it overnight and taking it off in the morning, the blemish is flat if not very close to it, but you don’t see Any puss or anything that was taken out out of the blemish on the patch, like other brands.
