Easy to apply, but didn’t do much
I have used a lot of generic brand pimple patches and have not had much luck with those so I was hopeful to use these, as I have heard of them before & they are not silly hearts or rainbow shaped. They were easy to remove from the plastic film they come on which I liked and were easy to apply . They also stayed on overnight well. But, when I took them off in the morning, the pimple/blemish didn’t look much better and some had puss. I don’t know if that is a good part of the healing process but since I know you shouldn’t pick at your acne, I felt like they should have dried out the blemish instead of opening it up. Some people they may work great for but they just didn’t do the job for me.

Invisible and actually works
Yes I received the product for free but I am being honest when I say that these are the best I’ve tried. I’ve never had a pimple patch actually “pull” the puss out of the pimple and get it ready to be popped until I tried these patches. They are invisible to my light beige skin tone which is a plus. I’ve tried Cosrx, peace out, and Neutrogena patches for reference

Pimple Patches that suck out the gunk
The PanOxyl Overnight Spot was good at sucking out all the gunk from my pimple. I just wish it had some salicylic acid in the patch to help with reducing inflammation

They Really Stick!
What I liked the most about these overnight spot patches is that they stay put all night... these patches aren't going anywhere! What makes them better than other patches is because they adhere to your face so well. With their staying power you're not going to be picking or scratching at your acne, and in the meantime, the patch is sucking the life out of that blemish.

PanOxyl Overnight Patches Work!
These patches work! I was starting to get a zit on my jaw line, a typical place for me. I am a picker and when I felt it developing, I put a patch on that afternoon. I know they are called Overnight patches, but the box says they help prevent picking and boy do they do that. Having it there was a reminder that there is something there to help and so I left it alone when I reached for the zit and felt the patch instead. When I washed my face that night, I was amazed first that you could hardly see the patch as it blended in so well with my skin. Secondly, when I took it off I could tell it was working because my skin wasn't inflamed due to picking and the patch itself was "full" and had absorbed any oil or puss from the zit. After doing my nighttime routine I applied another patch. In the morning, I took off another "full" patch to find the zit gone! Use these and protect your skin.

It really works!
These mighty little patches are amazing, I put one on an ingrown pimple overnight and in the morning you can see it actually pulled out the puss and there was no redness or irritation

PanOxyl Overnight Patches
I applied two patches to my face, on the rising pimple of course, before bed. Make sure you apply to clean skin and wipe away any oils. They stay in overnight while drawing the puss to the surface. When I woke up there was no pimple, just some redness from where it once was. No pimples!

Awesome pimple patch!
I have tried a lot of the pimple patches out on the market, and these are some of my favorite. They have incredible staying power, they didn’t stick to my fingers when applying and didn’t budge even a little bit on my face overnight! Provided grade A protection and care for my pimples. My only complaint would be that they don’t have as much “sucking gunk” power as some other ones that I have tried.
