I like the effectiveness of this product at controlling body acne on my chest and back. My biggest complaint about this product is that the smell of alcohol in it is rather strong and after spraying it thoroughly, there’s almost a cloud of alcohol lingering in the air that is hard to avoid breathing in, and that’s not enjoyable.
Prevented new breakouts only downside is that it kinda bleaches your clothes if you aren’t careful where you spray or it you spray on too much that could seep a lot into clothes .

Works if used as directed
You are supposed to apply this to “clean” skin several times a day. Since this is for body acne, it’s somewhat of a pain to use on clean skin (I have dry skin and like to moisturize and use self tanner). I cut corners and still found the product to be somewhat beneficial. You need to be consistent with using the product for optimal results. I’d give it a try if you suffer from body acne.
This spray is very nice. It spray easily and can even be held upside down to spray. If you met it dry completely, there's no stick residue and no weird smells.
Cleared up back acne in about a week.
I think this is a great idea! I suffer from back acne and this is a great solution to reaching the areas that are hard to reach quickly. I will say the spray is a bit pungent and makes it a bit hard to breathe when sprayed(kinda like hairspray). However, I think its worth it for the ease of use of this product.
I really enjoyed the this product mostly because it did help with body acne but most importantly it came in the form of a spray bottle. This makes it easy to reach those spots like your backside (backs, neck, butt and thighs) I don't love the medicated smell but I understand why it smells that way. As with all acne treatments you can risk getting dried out if overused so make sure to follow up with something healing and moisturizing.
This Neutrogena acne body spray is really good and I would recommend!

Very strong astringent. Dries pimples
The Neutrogena Stubborn Body Acne Treatment Spray is a very strong spray. The scent can cause you to cough if sprayed too close to skin and face. I used this product for 3 weeks, used the whole bottle. It is very strong and drying. It worked by drying the pimples. I noticed some of my acne had reduced but not completely disappeared. I would be interested in continuing to use it for another month to see better results but it’s extremely drying. I would not recommend for dry skin in the winter unless you follow with a heavy moisturizer.
So this spray is a great option for those experiencing body acne. It did not cause any skin irritations for me, the sprayer worked as expected! I believe it is an effective product that helped to reduce acne and the healing time!!
Overrall, the product was amazing and worked wonders doing exactly what the product claims it is going to do which is treat and help prevent breakouts on the body! It was super easy to use and it being a spray it allowed me to get the liquid of parts of the body that would have otherwise been impossible for me to be able to reach. Its one of the first body acne sprays or medications that I have seen let alone try so it will probably be one of the only ones that I actually use at least for a good while it will be!
I loved that this product is a spray because it is very hard to reach the acne on my back. I didn’t notice a huge improvement right away with this spray but using it overtime should help clear up breakouts. The only bad thing about this spray is the smell. Even in a well ventilated room you still need to hold your breath while spraying. It takes your breath away! It is very strong.

Good mist bad fumes
It has a good, fine mist spray. It’s easy to get your back and It doesn’t feel sticky. It does have heavy alcohol content which makes it hard to breathe after spraying. I have to quick spray and leave the room.
I really like the application of the spray. It’s not sticky and it’s pretty light. It feels like a body mist, and doesn’t have an overpowering smell either.
