Sprays too much in too small an area.
Great product but poor packaging. I really like the spray, it does feel hydrating and I feel like it does help my makeup last on an average workday. For the price point, the spray formula is impressive. I’d give it 5 stars were it not for the fact that you must spray it through a poorly designed bottle. Ideally, setting sprays have a wide range so it’s not too concentrated in one spot. This spray is very concentrated so even holding it as far away from my face as I can, it feels like getting a large amount of spray on a small area of my face. It means I have to use more to get full coverage on my face which makes the price less affordable because using more means you use it up more quickly. I also have felt like I had a couple wet globs of product that I’d be concerned would ruin a bolder makeup look. If they’d design it to spray a larger area this product could replace prestige spays IMO but as is I’d recommend only if you can’t afford higher end popular brands.

Loving Neutrogena hydrating spray.
In the morning after completing my make up, I sprayed a fine mist of Neutrogena hydrating setting spray hydro bust with hyaluronic acid. The mist was fine and extremely light and left me with a dewy look, which is hard to get here in West Texas.

What a pleasant surprise!
Since the pandemic I haven't been wearing makeup as much since I'm working from home. But on the occasions when I'm going out I've used the Neutrogena Hydrating Setting Spray. It is so light and makes my face feel so fresh. It's not heavy and doesn't even feel like I have anything on my face. And the look - makes me look refreshed and my skin so bright. Love this!

Slightly sticky, but pleasant overall
This setting spray is light and easily applied. The spray nozzle allows for a reasonable amount to be used without messing up your applied makeup. It does leave a slight sticky residue feel after drying, which is the only reason I removed a star. Scent is light and pleasant without overpowering.

Adds some moisture, not a game changer
I have sensitive, combination skin that appears dry after applying makeup. I was excited to try the Neutrogena hydrating setting spray, but it only provided a little bit of extra moisture. It was not a game changer unfortunately.

New favorite.
I love setting sprays. Specially hydrating ones since my skin can lean more on the dry side. And it feels nice as a refresher on hot days. This one had a nice light scent and definitely hydrated the skin! I used it with and without makeup and it worked great both ways.

Make-up tough to keep on? Try this!
I really liked the test product. It helped to keep my make-up in place and pristine even in the summer heat. I have melasma on my forehead, which is difficult to camouflage anyway, and make-up tends to "melt" during the day, even more so when it's hot. There's a slight tackiness to the product but it's a more-than-acceptable trade-off.

Does the job, without drying you out.
I have been unable to use most brands of setting sprays as they dry out my face and I already struggle with that on a daily basis, so I don't need to add to it if possible. However, the Neutrogena setting spray did not make my face feel dry at all and I actually couldn't even tell that I had used a spray after it dried even though my makeup lasted as long as I needed it to. I'm glad I got to try this!
