Definitely leaves a matte finish.
I have combination skin that tends to get shiny as the day progresses but I prefer a matte look so I am always using oil absorbing sheets to get rid of the excess shine. I was excited to try the Neutrogena Clear Coverage Flawless Matte CC Cream in the hopes it would give me an all day matte look. I was, however, not impressed with the product overall. I can say that it does do it's job with providing a matte look, so I will give it that. This specific color was not for me; warm peach was too orange/peachy for my skin. The CC cream was hard to blend; it felt like it was drying quickly as I was applying it; I used my fingers to blend, not a beauty blender or brush. While it provided a lot of coverage, I felt that it was very noticeable that I was wearing makeup; it made some of my pores more visible and some of the lines on my forehead more visible. I prefer wearing a cc cream or foundation that looks more natural on my skin so this was not for me.
