Big Pot
I like this pot. So far it is easy to clean and it fits in simply with my other pots. I do feel like pot feels a bit thin, however as of now it works pretty well for me. I'm happy with it.

Very basic
My first impressions of this stock pot is that it’s incredibly lightweight, which is great for some people. I prefer my cookware to be more sturdy and thick so I know it can handle heavy use. I don’t think this product would last very long. I used it to make some soup and it turned the bottom black after one use. I know how to deglaze pans and things of that sort and could not get this to work properly. The base is also not perfectly flat so it makes an uneven cooking service, which is especially noticeable if you have a glasstop range.

Big but lightweight
The stainless steel gives my kitchen such a sleek look, like chef cooks here. This is great for making large amounts of soups, stews, even chili. Also this is very lightweight so when cooking, if the pot is full, you don't have to worry about added weight from the pot. Highly recommend this if you're looking for a large pot to add to your kitchen line up.

Mainstays 8 qt pot

Great Lightweight Stock Pot
I really enjoyed using this 8 Quart Mainstays stock pot. I used it to make soup for my wintertime diet. The water comes to a boil very quickly in the pot, especially with the lid on. I have an older stove with an overhanging top oven and needed one that was low enough that it did not hit the top oven, and this one worked great for that.

It's a decent pot
It's works pretty good for soups and stews or big batches of chili I wouldn't say it was my favorite but it's not the worst I've used either for the price listing at Walmart I would say give it a try

This pot is very thin and cheaply made. It’s nice it has a matching lid but I would not use but for more than boiling water.

Great pot!
The pot is great. I live the size and how deep it is. The metal is sturdy and durable, yet very light and easy to handle or pick up. The lid sits on nicely but not very securely. Overall, it is a very good sized, durable, deep pot that works great!

Expectations Match
This 8 quart stock pot was precisely what I was expecting. The entire pot is very thin metal and certainly makes a lot of noises. The lid fits well just by sitting on top and does not seal well as light boiling will bobble it up quickly. The bottom being two different levels makes this actually a little worse to use than other more premium pots. I know this is a value brand, but I would splurge on a better pot if I were to buy one and get a much better, longer lasting experience.

great pot!
I love this pot for bigger portions. It’s great for soup. The pot is definitely on the flimsier and lighter side but not bad by any means. I don’t have any pots this size and it’s great for the price!

This pot is pretty decent. It is a great soup pot and heats up quickly. Stainless steel with a lid. Would recommend this to other looking for a good inexpensive pot. Seems to be a great item
