Small and powerful
I have found the Motrin with Tylenol to be a very effective pain reliever. Ive been able to get rid of headaches, major toothaches, backaches, etc. I was able to give my daughter one tablet for her headache and it wotked greatly on her. This is a product that me and my family are now adding as a must have to our medicine box and purses.

Would be fine for low level pain
This would probably be fine for low level pain management although I would just buy the Motrin and Tylenol individually and combine as needed instead of paying the inflated price of this medicine. I don't have low level pain so this medicine didn't really help me all that much. I tried it first when I was hurting really bad and it did nothing tried it again with just some minor aches and it sort of dulled the pain. This was a sample sent to me to review but I honestly wouldn't buy it due to it being more affordable to just purchase each product individually and combine them when needed.

Wow it worked!
When I received my free sample from Home Tester Club in the mail I was skeptical about this product. As a construction worker I come home pretty tired with aches and sometimes back pain. I tried it and within 15 minutes I felt relaxed and it eased my back pain. I really liked that I didn't feel groggy or tired when I woke up in the morning.

Motrin dual action with Tylenol
I haven't used Motrin in a while and was happy I got it to try again. I was impressed by the effects immediately. I have Fibromyalgia, and tend to suffer from pain that ranges daily. Some days are severe and that's when I need some relief. This took my pain of a 7-8 down to a three, which is huge for me. If you suffer from muscle and joint pain, get you some of this. It is also fantastic for us ladies during our cycle, I found out.

Gets rid of my headaches
This product is fantastic for headaches. I used it several times recently for mostly stress related or lack of sleep related headaches. And it did the trick every time with one pill. Usually it takes me two pills of either the Motrin or the Tylenol to get that level of effectiveness. So I think the combination of these medicines has improved their efficacy.

Take A Bite Out Of Pain
This pain medication was able to take the edge off of the migraines and back pain that I have had. It is relatively fast acting, quicker than other medication that I have taken. When it did kick in, I was able to function again. This also did last longer than most medication that I have taken.
