Mainstays 12 Cup Coffee Maker Black

Simple, straight forward, and rewarding. This coffee maker was light weight out of the packaging and fit well on my limited counter space. I loved the simplicity of 1 button as it was super easy for my grandmother to work as well.

The Mainstays coffee maker is perfect for first time brewers and older people who do not want a lot of extra buttons to worry about. The coffee maker produces a great cup of coffee. It is very light weight and easy to move around the kitchen. I enjoyed that I could make a few cups one morning or I could make 12 cups if I had company over. Easy to clean and looks nice on the counter.

This coffee maker is very simple to use and brews a strong pot of coffee in a short span of span. It's very lightweight which I was surprised at when the box arrived. The outside and sturdiness of it are essentially plastic aside from the pot which is glass bodied. It could be more enforced as it feels as if it would break if hit easily. The basket and pot are easy to clean and it takes standard size filters which is nice as they do not cost a lot. I do wish there was a automatic shut off feature as I was shocked to find a dry pot burning a few hours after I brewed the first pot. This was never a thought to me as I've always had them shut off automatically in the past if left on more then two hours or if the sensor is triggered by a empty pot. The fact it doesn't shut off on its own and remains burning is worrisome to me because this is dangerous and unsafe. If it had this feature I would have given it almost 5 stars as there was really no other negative features as far as I could see

Nice coffee pot. It works great. Easy to use. Makes a good pot of coffee. Easy to clean and wipe down. I use it for coffee and making sweet tea. Works great for both. Definitely recommend this coffee pot. They what have them in white.

Mainstays 12-cup coffee maker is a simple, fast, and lightweight automatic drip coffee maker. No grinder, no clock, no delayed start; just good and fast coffee. It brews a 4-cup carafe of tasty coffee in just under 5 minutes. Setup is simple: open the box, wash the carafe and basket, add clean, cool water to the reservoir, drop in a 12-cup round coffee filter and add a tablespoon of ground coffee per two cups. For example, a "4 cup" pot requires 2 tablespoon scoops of coffee. Then push the one and only button. The filter basket has little thumb loops on each side, and the top has markings for front and rear to guide you in correct orientation. The volume markings for the water are in the left side, and the power switch is on the right side. Power cord storage is in the rear. The brewer is lightweight. The carafe handle is comfortable, and the spout prevents dribbles/leaks when pouring The basket is tall enough that my fingers didn't touch the grounds when emptying it.

I'm so happy to have used this coffee pot! I find it a pain when they just dont get hot enough, but this coffee maker does not have that issue! Coffee comes out nice and hot, as it should be. Highly recommend, especially at the great price!

I was very excited to test the Mainstay's coffee maker. However, when I attempted to remove the carafe full of coffee, the entire unit came as well. It's not heavy enough to allow for one handed pour. I was required to hold the coffee maker with one hand and remove the carafe with the other. It did make a very nice cup of coffee though!

The unit itself is very compact which lends itself to complement any size Kitchen, Apartment and Dorm. It’s very easy to use and clean up after. The Carafe has a spout that pours so effortlessly and has a connected lid. Brewing only takes a moment giving you, THE BEST cup(s) of coffee no matter your brand. I would Absolutely recommend this product and have to Family and Friends. Get a Mainstays Coffee Maker in your home and Enjoy the Brew!!!

I'm rating this product with 3 stars because it's very basic. There are no auto settings so it will begin brewing independently in the mornings. It does have an auto shut off. It keeps the coffee warm pretty well for a good bit of time. It's easy to clean and maintain. Would be great for an emergency buy.

The coffee maker works as expected. I do prefer a coffee maker with more settings such as automatic start and brew options. I like that there is a “keep warm” function as well as having a dishwasher-safe carafe. This would be a good in-office coffee maker.

I am used to much more complex coffee makers but this one was the exact opposite. It was easy to use and required no assembly. You will need to have coffee filters on hand but besides that it does not require any other materials besides ground coffee and water. I made about 6 cups using this coffee maker and it was quick, easy, and the coffee was delicious!

The coffee maker is okay for what it is. The stop and pour feature is nice since it brews very slowly. It does keep it hot for a couple hours and the coffee still tastes good too.

My family, especially my parents, are incredibly fond of their morning hot, drip-style coffee. Our household requires a coffee maker with a large pot, so this 12-cup pot is perfect. Our only complaint is that ours doesn't seem to have an automatic shut-off feature. I'm unsure if they are all like that, but that would be one thing to improve. Keeping the coffee hot with an automatic warming function is very nice though. Overall, this Mainstays 12-cup Coffee Maker is worth it!
