I was so excited to try these cookies because they are diabetic friendly while supporting digestion and appetite suppression. Figuring these could be the next "it" snack to help get through the day. Unfortunately, the taste was not at all appealing. The texture was also off for what a regular soft batch cookie would be. There was an aftertaste that just wouldn't leave. They tasted more like an undercooked raisin cookie than a chocolate chip. Even my 4 year old who loves all kinds of cookies asked if someone else wanted to finish his test cookie while chugging a glass of milk. He also complained that his mouth tasted funny after his one and only bite. Of the 5 people home to test these, only one who loves rasins said they'd try them again if offered, but wouldn't buy them. Between the texture, the odd flavor and the aftertaste I'd give these 2 stars. The image on the box looks nothing like the cookies contained within. They are darker and less appealing than the image too.

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I received Joydays Chocolate Chip Cookies for free for my honest review. These soft baked cookies only have 1G of sugar which it’s very surprising! I thought these were quite tasty. They were so soft, which is my weakness when it comes to cookies. I took one star off though because I did think there was a very protein aftertaste. If you’ve ever had health snacks with protein in them, you’ll know what I mean. Other than that I love that I can grab some cookies and still be healthy about it!
I liked the soft baked texture. It has just a hint of sweetness when you smell and taste it. It feels like the cookie thickened a little as I was chewing it and made my mouth feel a little dry. I would recommend having something close by to wash it down with. I would still recommend it for someone who has dietary restrictions or just wants a sweet with lower sugar.
Received this item for free to sample. The chocolate chips cookie are a major target for diabetics. The low carb, low sugar, and high fiber is definitely the perfect match for someone who’s diabetic and has craving for chocolate chip cookies. The problem is they’ll probably buy it once because after having one cookie, you don’t have any cravings for more. It is not tasty. It is soft but the texture is like oatmeal. It has a bitter aftertaste. I don’t think the bitter aftertaste is the chocolate chip but maybe the monk sugar ingredient. I couldn’t finish the box of cookies even though there’re only 9 tiny pieces. I wouldn’t buy it after trying it once. It does help you lose cravings for dessert at that moment. It’s a win for diabetics.

I love it
Guilt free snacking! I love it. It gives me a relief for eating something that is healthy for my body. The taste is superb and I am not afraid that will make my sugar go up. Looking forward to check out if there are other flavors!

Just OKAY for me
I look for low sugar and low calories snack options so I appreciate that these are both. I like the texture of the cookies because they are soft and chewy. However, I do not think these are sweet enough to help satisfy a craving.

Pretty darn good
I like the taste of these low sugar dark chocolate chip cookies. The texture was great. More cookies per box!
so after looking at the benefits of 1g of sugar per cookie and minimal carb plus the ither benefits of boosting immunity and appetite regulation. I was highly surprised. they were soft and chewy. tasted fresh. also is a good factor that it is ok for diabetics with sweet tooth. the cookies did leave a little after taste. but the aftertaste was easily washed away with coffee. my other issue the artificial sweetener. although that is a benefit for a diabetic. if you were trying to be weight conscious. Dr's state that the body doesn't know rhe difference and you still gain weight like if it was sugar.
I was pleasantly surprised the cookies were chewy. Serving size of 3 cookies was reasonable to me. But the claim of controlling hunger seems a bit much. Didn't really taste like chocolate. A bit dry too

Tasty but dusty
This is overall a pretty good chocolate chip considering we are trying to be healthy here. They have a dusty texture as far as I can explain it but have plenty of flavor never the less.
joy days is a delicious balance of sweet and soft baked cookies with alot of chocolate chips with 11net carbs 5 g fiber 1 g of sugar per cookie

Healthy and yummy
I got these chocolate chip cookies in the mail today and thought afternoon tea was the perfect opportunity to try them! They have just 3 grams sugar, 5g fiber, and 4g protein. What a great option for healthier snacking, especially when you feel like something sweet. Dietitian-approved and diabetic-friendly, they were a decent replacement for a cookie. They went well with my cuppa tea.
