Great product

My hair is very fine and thin and without some kind of product lies flat against my head. This product lifted and volumized it without weighing it down with product.

Perfect

I really can see a big difference since I have been using John Freida Thickening spray. You just need a small amount. It's not sticky and doesn't leave any trace of being in there, like some product. It leaves my hair looking more full and easier to manage. It's not limp any longer.

Love it!!!

Gave my hair new life!!

This product worked wonders for my thin lifeless hair. It didnt take but a few sprays to show visible results. I loved how lightweight it feels in my hair and doesn't leave behind a greasy residue or sticky feel to my hair like past products I have tried. It also gave life back to my thin, limp hair. It also has a very nice smell to it. This is definitely a product I will continue to use and purchase in the future. I do recommend others giving it a try. I did recieve a free sample of this product in exchange for sharing my honest thoughts. All opinions shared are 100% my own and haven't been influenced in any way.

It’s Ok

Overall, I don’t think I would use this product on a consistent basis. Would I use it in a pinch if I had it around, sure, because it does give volume. However, the scent isn’t pleasant and it made my hair feel dirty and hard to get my fingers through as the day went on.

Yeah no

It left my hair feeling oily and it looked like I hadn't showered in several weeks. The smell is atrocious as well.

Good product

I did notice more volume at the crown after using John Freida Volume Lift Thickening Spray. It has a nice smell and doesn't make my hair look or feel greasy by the end of the day. I only wish they would make a formula that works similarly for people like me who natural dry their hair as I don't like using heat tools daily.

Not all it’s cracked up to be

I used John Frieda Volume Lift Thickening spray on and off for a few weeks. While the spray went on easily, I found that it left my roots sticky and flatter than other sprays I have used in the past. I also noticed it was a bit harder to shampoo out.
