Unpleasant scent and very drying.
When I styled my hair with John Frieda Volume lift Thickening Spray the first thing I noticed upon using the product is that it does have good packaging. It sprays a fine mist very evenly. Next, the fragrance of the product I found to be very off-putting. It's okay for a second then when you breathe past the top notes it smells....odd and unappealing. When using this product in my hair it felt sticky until it dries down then my hair felt like dry hay, it definitely dried out my curls. It does give roots a boost of volume that had some staying power but the cons outweighed the pros on this one.

Thickening spray
Had a nice light fragrance. Easy to use. It did leave my hair feeling greasy and sticky, especially in the humidity.

Volume boost
This volume spray works really well. The key is to not use too much otherwise it will make your hair sticky. I want to find the right amount it works great and I really like it. Definitely recommend giving it a try

Long lasting Lift
The John Frieda Volume Lift Thickening Spray lifted my roots and gave my flat thin hair long lasting volume all day. Easy applicator. Easy to use. Not sticky or drying. Reasonably priced unlike the outrageously volumizing product I previously used. I’m glad I discovered this volumizer.

Great product that really works well!
Perfect addition to styling my hair. Having fine hair volume is something I am always trying to obtain. With the volume lift thickening spray it was simple and the volume lasted all day with no hard or stiffness.
