The thickening spray seems to work. I feel like it helps to soften your hair because the conditioner doesn’t. The whole system works for sure to thicken your hair. I do like using it and have noticed a big difference.
Works great for my fine hair and doesn't leave it feeling greasy which is a plus.

Thickens but at a cost
When using this spray, I do notice that my hair appears thicker which is great. However, it does leave a texture to your hair so it will not feel soft. This is something I could see me using on special occasions but not as a daily product.
I've had such a hard time finding products to help make my hair look like it has any 'life' to it since being it started thinning after being diagnosed with Lupus. But I am very excited about the ULTRAfiller+ line of John Frieda products, especially the Thickening Spray. I spritz some into my towel-dried hair and then style as I prefer and just like that, my hair has volume and texture like never before! The added bonus is that it's still super touchable, (not crunchy) and smells great. I recommend to anyone looking for a little lift.
I used the spray as part of the whole system with the shampoo and conditioner. The spray was easy to use, but I did not find it made my hair look or feel any fuller or thicker as I was hoping.
I used John frida filler hairspray to seal some of the curls in after curling my bags. I like that it helped provide some liff to my hair and provided the volume that i need
This thickening spray does live up to its name. It does thicken my hair and give it some needed texture but at the same time it makes my hair extremely dry and feels a bit like hay. It’s also quite hard to brush out prior to washing. I do think it could work for some peoples hair it’s just not ideal for mine.

Leaves a soft smell
I am now a huge fan of John Frieda thickening spray. i love the fresh scent when sprayed. My hair looks smooth and full of life. I can see an instant plump of volume. This spray is convenient and easy to get each strand. I got the full look I wanted. I would use again and again.

Does help thicken
I used this with the shampoo and conditioner as directed. It smells good and the spray is a good mist to cover the roots of my hair. It does smell good and like the shampoo and conditioner.
I really like the lightness of this spray. I was afraid it would feel thick and sticky, making my hair feel dirty sooner, but it didn’t. After using the shampoo and conditioner I almost forgot to use the spray because my hair felt so nice already. But after using it, I was glad I did. My hair already felt really nice, but this gave it something extra, my hair doesn’t feel dry and brittle after blow drying it. It still feels nourished and soft, not the straw feeling I was used to, causing me to not want to blow dry it. I’m glad I tried this product! Now I can keep using my blow dryer!

John Freida thickening spray
I tested out the John Freida thickening spray and liked it and enjoyed using it but am still not quite sure if it actually helped to thicken my thin strands. Hopefully after some more time of using it it will help to thicken my hair.
This conditioning spray really works! You can use it if you have washed your hair with any sort of shampoo or conditioner, you just spray in your hair, dry it, and it works! Love the spray

Hair feels and looks fuller
I have thinning fine hair that I color - I used this spray on my roots on towel dried hair before I used the blow Drier. My hair felt protected from the heat and fuller.
