This product as advertised as a frizz tamer. Recommended use is on wet or dry hair. I tried a few times on dry hair. I found it waaay too oily for dry hair. Even with a single pump on hair that’s past my bra strap. However, as a nourishing oil to put on and leave in for a few hours, then wash out, I think it does add moisture. I will still have to try on wet hair if I’m styling with a heat product.
I have so much less frizz!
If you struggle with frizzy dry hair, I absolutely recommend this product. I love the scent and how soft my hair feels afterwards. I will say a little bit goes a long, long way so be careful with the amount.
I put the serum in my hair before i blow it out, it made my hair soft and helped alitte bit with the frizz, after 3 hours being outside, my hair frizz up more
John Freida Frizz Ease hair serum is amazing! It does exactly what it says it does. I can use it on wet or dry hair, and I love that versatility. You don’t need much so a bottle lasts awhile. It’s not too expensive either! It keeps my ends shiny, soft, frizz free, and not greasy. Great product!
Ok so I have very frizzy hair and I have tried a lot of products to tame the frizz and none really work 100% for me, this was not an exception. It did help with some frizz, but not fully. And it works better if applied on wet hair rather than dry.
Iam really happy to use this product it's really good

Works well
This product helped my hair by cutting down on the frizz and adding shine. The smell was nice and the formula didn’t leave my hair oily or greasy looking.
I’ve noticed a difference in my hair and it’s frizz (or lack thereof!) since using this serum! It’s easy to apply too much so make sure you use it sparingly!
I really enjoy using this product. My hair is curly and frizzy which is hard to tame. I use this product with a light moisturizer and my hair looks and feels fantastic. I would recommend this product. Normally I would buy the extra strength version of this product, but this works as well.
I have thick hair that tends to be really frizzy after it dries. When I get out of the shower I towel-dry my hair so it isn’t soaking wet, add a dime size of this in my palms and rub into the ends. I will either style from there or let dry naturally. The end result is really soft and smooth and not greasy.
I've used my fair share of frizz hair treatments but nothing comes to the John Frieda Frizz Eaze hair serum. I use it on damp hair and brush two pumps through my hair. I like to let my hair air dry so I can really see how well this works. As my hair dries it feels so much softer to the touch. I am even able to brush my hair out with my fingers instead of a brush. Besides my hair being softer it dries better and looks healthy. The serum gives a beautiful shine to it. So far I've been using it about two or three times a week. Another plus is that my hair isn't frizzy as its drying and fully dry.
My hair tends to get frizzy and very random times. A little of this goes a long way. It tames the frizz and makes my hair much more manageable. I would and have definitely recommended this to my friends.
I am pleased with this Frizz Ease serum, I have curly fine color-treated hair that gets frizzy, and I always look for products to tame frizz while keeping my hair healthy. This serum is not sticky, and the texture is not thick, but rather lightweight and easy to work with, it does not weight my hair down, and a little goes a long way (if you put too much product it might look greasy). This serum has dimethicone, which is known for its ability to make hair smooth and frizz free, and it works, just make sure to use deep cleansing shampoo to avoid build-up. The serum has a faint scent, and it does not bother me, it does not linger. Overall, it is a pleasant affordable product that works accordingly to its claims.
