Works as advertised!
Icy Hot Lidocaine Patch works as advertise. It cools the area of the skin where pain resides then warms it up to provide a better healing process. More heat means more blood flow to the area and more healing.

Works great for workout pain

Work ok in a pinch, but not preferred.
These patches did not adhere great and they were a bit messy to re-apply after struggling a bit to apply to my lower back. I did feel some pain relief but it wasn't quite strong enough and did not last as long as I wanted. I also didn't really get the menthol sensation either.

Icy Hot Lidocaine patches are perfect for any aches or pains! I recently had some surgery on my face so I've had to sleep on my back to the last few weeks, and it's really been bothering my back.... But these patches have made my back feel 100 times better! They feel soothing while on and continue to work after they've been removed! I would highly recommend!

Pain Relief Patches
These patches helped relieve my cramps quickly. It was a great to have a product that provides relief without waiting for a long time. The patches stayed on well and were easy to peel off when I was done. I would recommend them for mild to moderate pain relief of muscles and joints.

Great choice
I used these patches on my shoulder where I had pulled something and it was fast relief. The combination of cooling and numbing was just what I needed to loosen up. I could feel them start to work quickly and they lasted a good amount of time.

Could be better
The patch was easy to put and take off. It didnt work as long as I hoped. It made the spot I put it on cool and took the pain away for a few minutes but then the pain was back.
