My dog's love it!!!

I tested the Hill’s Science Diet Adult 7+ Senior Vitality Chicken & Rice Recipe Dog food for my babies. Not only did they love it but I loved it for them. After reading up on Hills Science Diet a bit more and checking into the ingredients in the food. I was very happy to see that it didn't have all those fillers and gunky stuff they put it regular dry dog food.

My dog is getting older and finding the right kind of balanced diet food has become a challenge with her sensitive stomach. I noticed a big difference in my dog after they consumed this food for a few days. They seemed perkier and more excited around feeding time.

Hill's Science Dog Food

We have a 12 & 15 pound Shih Tzu/Bishon mixed doggies. They seemed to enjoy the product. However, after two days, one of our girls would not longer eat it. She had loose stool and seemed like she was dealing with stomach issues. The other doggie was just fine. We gave the one that stopped eating her old food and she recovered, so we did not give her anymore of the Hill's. The remaining doggie continued to eat it with no issues.

My dog loved it!

I did have to mix this food in with his regular food to prevent him from getting sick (made that mistake) but he loved it once we transitioned and he seemed to have all kinds of energy!

Dog Not Interested in Flavor

I was very excited to get this dog food as we had previous success with Hill's Science Diet products in the past. Firstly, I had issues with the bag. I did not like the Velcro opening as I found it very difficult to keep closed. My dog can be a picky eater, but is usually open to any chicken, beef or lamb flavored kibble. Unfortunately after 3 nights of trying to feed him this kibble, he refused and we needed to switch back to the other kibble that he has no hesitation eating. I really wanted to like this product as I trust the brand and know it's good for my dog, but unfortunately something in the flavor or scent kept my dog from enjoying this product. Unfortunately I would not try buying this product, but perhaps would try another flavor!

Hill's Science Diet 7 Senior Dog Food

Hills Science Diet Adult 7+ Senior Vitality Chicken and Rice Dry Dog Food was a complete hit with my dog. Upon receiving the dog food, it was in a well made bag and very easy to open and to reclose. It was like a Velcro zip up so it kept the food fresh. When it was time to feed my dog, she sniffed it once and went straight to eating. I did like that the dry dog food was more of a flat disk then a round ball, making it easy to chew and not so hard on my dogs teeth. Once thing I did notice though when my dog went number 2, it had a stronger smell to it compared to the dog food she was previously eating. That doesn't bother me though as long as she likes her food and eats. I believe Hill's Science diet is a great choice! I even recommended it to my family and now they are feeding the same food to their dog who likes it as well.

Good for one dog and not for another

I removed one star just because my eldest dog who is 15 did not prefer this food. She has a hard time with hard food. I wish this kibble was just a little bit softer. My younger dog loves it though. But for an elderly dog food - it would be good to do a mix of soft and hard.

My dogs loved this

My dogs loved this brand. At every meal they were excited to have that as their meal as if it was a treat. I definitely would recommend this brand. Not only did it taste great to them, it's healthy for them as well

Senior Dog Enjoys Hill's Science Diet

Foxy is an 11-year-old Pomeranian who loves her kibbles. We have always enjoyed Hill's Science Diet; our vet even recommended it for Foxy. I typically purchase the formula for small-breed dogs, and this was our first time trying the Adult 7+ Senior Vitality variety. Foxy loved the taste and has always been a fan of chicken and rice. I like that this variety of food is designed specifically for adult dogs, and Foxy definitely enjoyed it.

Perfect size

I believe my dog enjoyed this dog food. She is old and i was afraid she might be picky with a change but she had no problem eating it and actually ate everything I gave her. I would recommend this food. I believe it had the perfect size and the texture was not too hard.

My dog enjoyed very much!

My beagles are extremely pleased with their new Science Diet dog food. Compared to other brands I've let them try before I believe this is the brand I will definitely continue to purchase for them. The ingredients are good for my pets. It's a brand they will actually eat and I am happy knowing they are getting the high quality ingredients that they need and want to help them stay healthier and more active.

Great food for a great pupper

Our pupper is pretty particular about pretty much everything including food so I am always hesitant on trying anything new. Especially anything that can be costly. This food however, seems to dissappear from the bowl the moment it is filled. This has become our new main brand and will continue to be so.
