This Momma finally got sleep!!
After months of maybe four hours max of on and off sleep.. I got this as a gift for my birthday and I can’t brag enough. Such a soothing and relaxing self-care treat! My husband begs to differ; turns out I snore now. Haha!

Super relaxing
I love these to take a nice relaxing bath with. They help me unwind and feel great at the end of the end. My husband and kids like to use in their baths as well. Such a great way to relax, unwind, and end your day before calming you down for bed.

Very relaxing
This Dr. Teal’s bath with melatonin is so good. Very relaxing, and smells amazing. I love how after I take my boys out of the tub they are so relaxed and ready for bed. Awesome product

Works
When I say this product works I mean it. You take a nice warm relaxing bubble bath. Breath in the calming scent and all you want to do when you get out of that bath is going to sleep. You will have a wonderful night's sleep.

My new favorite bath products!
I received the Dr. Teals melatonin bath and body set and took both a bath, and a shower to try out the various products and it is WONDERFUL. The smell when you open the tops of the bottles is very lavender-y but when you apply it to your skin the chamomile and other scents really come through and it is such a great scent! My FAVORITE products in this kit were the Epson salt and body oil. They both made your shower/bath experiences great. I also loved the body lotion and shower gel/ bubble bath. I absolutely will purchase full size versions of these in my local Walmart. The body oil especially was so nice after shaving & showering. I applied it to damn skin and it was a game changer after the shower/bath each time! I 100% recommend this as a gift or just for yourself!

Dr Teal's Bath and Body Gift Set
It’s everything it’s cracked up to be. Good for soaking tired, sore muscles. Is it backed by science? Too little research has been done. But if you look at anecdotal evidence on how magnesium works on the body then you might be tempted to give this a try.

Melt away stress
Not too many brands can get the right scent for melatonin and lavender, but Dr. Teals has the best smelling melatonin products out there. They use essential oils which I love! These would be perfect for Christmas gifts! It comes with the sleep salts, bubble bath, body wash, and massaging oil to help with stress and sore muscles! This kit is awesome and I'm always recommending it! I received this product for free for my honest opinion and review and highly recommend it! Oh and don't forget to try out the Dr. Teals sleep spray!

Great for a good night's sleep!
I have tried Dr. Teal's epsom salt products before but had no idea they have a melatonin line! I typically have a hard time falling asleep at night and staying asleep. This set is great if you want to try out each of the products and see what works for you. This set includes: melatonin epsom salt soak, lotion, bubble bath, body soap, and body oil. I like that this set is smaller versions because I don't necessarily use body oil often. This line of products is so relaxing and really does give the melatonin effect to help you fall asleep faster and get a good nights rest. I've also used the bubble bath with my son and it has him asleep right after he's out of the bath. This is a great product for yourself or as a gift!
