Keeps Hair Soft
I was very impressed with this. It really did help keep my hair soft and manageable. After every wash I was able to easily brush thru my hair with no hesitation at all

Completely scentless, the conditioner itself is nice and thick. The container is nice to look at too, very simple but still nice. Pump bottle makes life easy as well.

Not what I expected

Clean and hydrating

Smell free Conditioner
The down to basics CONDITIONER is just that...It comes out of the bottle easy and goes on smooth. It did not comb thought bots well but did make my hair feel very soft once dry so it does the job with no smell!

HAIRITAGE - Fragrance Free Conditioner
I enjoyed using this new fragrance free conditioner from Hairitage by Mindy McKnight. The presentation of the bottle, and the pump design was wonderful to use and made it really easy to portion the correct amount of product every time. I love that the conditioner contains more natural ingredients without unnecessary fragrance that can sometimes irritate the scalp. The conditioner was easy to work through my hair and just as easy to rinse out. When used together with the Fragrence free shampoo, my hair did not feel heavy, greasy or weighed down in any way. My hair felt balanced, clean, soft and nourished after use.

Didn't do a good job of detangling
The title says it all - "Down to the basics" - this conditioner is very simple. It's nice that it doesn't have sulfates, phthalates, parabens, etc. It produced a nice, smooth hassle free conditioning experience. It was semi easy to comb through my fine hair. I like that I didn't have to rinse it out over & over to get it to wash out. It's also nice that this conditioner comes in a pump - no having to pick up a wet/slippery bottle or keep up w/ a removable cap. However, this conditioner didn't do a good job of detangling my hair. I really had to comb a lot after I rinsed it out - pulling some of my wet hair out in the process. I am SO looking for a conditioner that detangles easily once it's rinsed out. It also left my hair frizzy & w/ fly away hair once dried. My hair is very fine & shouldn't be hard to detangle. It shouldn't matter as long as your hair is clean, but I must say I missed the fragrance. A simple fragrance like coconut oil, argan or jojoba would have done nicely.

Soft beard
I haven't used conditioner in years. Not sure if I am supposed to loose that much hair after use, but my hair felt amazing. My husband even used it on his beard. It has never been so softer, even after using some of the higher priced conditioners like Pantene.
