Dino Dissection is basically the game Operation. It works the same but it has a great dinosaur theme that kids are sure to love. I also love that there are compartments in the back to hold all the pieces. The boys had a lot of fun playing!

The game idea is cute!
I think the game idea is cute! Fun for kids. I liked that the bottom of the game provided storage for the game pieces so they don't get lost. It was a little frustrating to set up the game pieces, it took me awhile to get them off the plastic holder. The spinner is cute, but the pictures are too small. Some of the game pieces choices were weird too.

Our new favorite board game!
My kids are 6, 4, and 2. We all played and enjoyed dissecting the triceratops. They would jump and scream of excitement each time the board vibrated. Even I got all excited losing my turn. It reminded me so much of playing operation as a child. I'm glad my kids got to enjoy this new board game.

Good for all ages
The game is cute, my son loves dinosaurs, always have. When he seen the game he wanted to play ASAP. Him and his sister played for about a hour they stated that they enjoyed it but when it was someone else’s turn they had to put all the pieces back in cause once it shakes, all of them come out and after a little while it gets old. But over all it’s a good game. Super easy to understand and do.

Dino-mite
My son and I enjoyed it. It's puts a little spin on the original Operation game. My son loves dinosaurs too, so that is a plus.
My boys and I LOVED this game! My 4 and 6 year olds are OBSESSED with dinosaurs so I am always on the lookout for anything Dino related. Great quality!

fun game
game was fun..kids loved it and played with it over and over
This game was a lot of fun! My kids really enjoyed playing! The vibrating when you touched the board while trying to get the pieces out was unexpected and made them giggle.

Operation but cooler!
This game is basically operation, but with a dinosaur and little dino theme pieces to pull out. With that said, I loved it! If you turn off the lights and play it in the dark the things become a little bit more challenging since the dino pieces glow in the dark (very slightly) but it becomes a little harder to see where the tweezers are! I can see my kids spending some time playing this, but it's definitely more of a single player game (unless you convince them to race and see who's a faster operator!)
Talk about family fun! My kids love dissecting the Dino! We bought this a couple of years ago and it’s a hit. We bring it camping so they have something late at night todo before bed and it’s an awesome way to spend time with the family all together,
Got this as a gift for my 4 year old sons birthday . He was very entertained by this toy we even got into playing with it as well . Just like the operation game but with a dinosaur.

Awesome
I love that this Dino Dissection game has a little storage area for the tiny pieces! I didn't see anything on the box indicating the storage, and I think that should definitely be highlighted!

Fun but be careful
We played this at our church youth group and the concept is great! Reminds me of other games. It was easy to set up and the rules were simple. But when one of the kids went to go get something from the hole, it actually sparked!! Has this happened to anyone else?! Wondering if this was normal.

Loved The Throwback
This throwback Doctor game was pretty cool to play as it was nostalgic for me and fun for everyone. It worked well most of time, but seemed like they could have beefed up the construction a little bit. Tongs are pretty short and was kind of difficult to play for some.
