What a phenomenal idea! There are two different color & very sturdy trays for BBQ to prevent cross contamination. You simply use the red tray for your raw (uncooked) meat then you use the black tray for your cooked meat. I now feel much more confident knowing that the colors are going to tell me which tray to use. Thank you Cuisinart for another wonderful & useful invention.

I really like these Cuisinart Grilling Prep and Serve Melamine Trays as they offer a great way to organize your grilling. They provide two so that you can prep your raw meat on the red tray, then once the meat is cooked, place the black tray on top of the red to prevent cross-contamination, and then use the black tray for the cooked meat, They are dishwasher safe and nest together nicely for storage.

I love that they are big enough for meat and chicken.I like that you don’t cross contamination with raw and cooked meat. But I wish they had a cover for the flies that what to stop in the meat.

I love these grilling trays one for raw meat and one for prepared meat. I love that it will separate both of them to make sure it is clears what is supposed to be used. I would recommend doing it this way.

These trays are really great. The first thing you will notice is that they are not plastic. The second thing you will notice is that they are slightly larger than the typical tray which for me is a good development. What is cool about them is the color coordinated option which is simple, use red for raw and black for cooked. It seem so simple but it makes them even easier to use and keep things separated for safety. My mother in law is already asking if she can have them! Five stars all day long for us.

These trays are just what you need for your barbeque! Ensure your guests dont get sick from cross contamination with two colored trays, one for raw food and one for cooked. These trays do not get too hot when you place hot food on it, so that's always a bonus to me!

I especially liked these Cuisinart Large Grilling Prep and Serve Trays because the color coding system was a lot easier to manage with some people lol and kids. They are surprisingly sturdy and I didn’t have any issues while using them. They fit perfectly on the side of the grill, it was so easy to swap the cubes and uncooked without needing to actually verbalize it to anyone.. that was cool! They washed off easily, and were very easy to put away; they stack very neat and take up very little room. I think I might just know what I’m getting the BBQ lovers in my family for Xmas.

First off, these Cuisinart Grilling Prep and Serve Melamine Trays are sturdy, thick, and durable. They remind me of the material of lunch trays. They are super easy to hand clean but a little to large to fit in the dishwasher even though they are dishwasher safe. My only suggestion would be little rubber pads on the bottom corner so they tray doesn’t spin around when your seasoning and rubbing or when you are grabbing and serving from the trays. I love how there is a nice deep lip all the way around the tray so liquid stays in the tray. Overall, these are really nice and would buy.

These trays are pretty good. They are sturdy and can hold a lot of weight. I love that they are color coded for avoiding cross contamination. It really makes prep and serve really easy. The only thing I would maybe change is to State on the box there heat index so you know how much heat they can stand. I mean the meal prep is easy but if you don't know their heat index you may not know if you can place you hot bbq meat straight on the tray.

These trays are very spacious, light and easy to store. The quality is very high as well.
