The size is great and can definitely handle a few pounds of meat, it’s mid weight which is perfect. Not flimsy at all and yes it’s helpful the different colors raw vs cooked.

I am very impressed with the high-quality of Cuisinart, outdoor large grilling, prep, and serve trays. I really like that they are different colors so that we will be sure not to cross contaminate our food. I also like that they are stackable so that they are easier to store. They are Great for transporting food to and from the smoker or grill, and they are large in size so they are great for a party.

These are good things to grill. They are very high quality and pleasant to the touch. their corrugated surface helps food not to fall. I recommend this grill item for purchase. but a very important point: you cannot cook with them. they are made of a plastic-like material. You can only carry food on them.

Very sturdy and practical trays for BBquing, love the fact that they are color coded, the red is for raw items the black for cooked items

These are definitely going to be great once summer comes around!! They have heft to them which I was brought up to believe they're a lot better than the lighter ones, so I have nothing but high hopes in that they'll last! I love that the red tray is for the raw meat because its easier to remember to think raw red and baked/ cooked black. It definitely helps with any cross contamination for sure!

These plates are so helpful . I made ribs the other night on them. There was no mess . Usually I’ll have seasoning all over the counter. But having these trays was really helpful . And the other tray to get the food when it’s done is fantastic to because I don’t have to clean the tray and use it again .

This prep and serving trays are convenient to have on the side of the BBQ when grilling. I use them mainly for serving up the food to the table. They can carry big bones of meat without problem.
