Baking can be so much fun especially when you have a delicious mix like Chocolate Chippy Cookie Dry Baking Mix by foodstirs. This recipe is quite simple, only three ingredients are needed to make the cookies: the mix itself, 1 egg and 6 tbsp of unsalted butter at room temperature. The cookies turned out to be super delicious, despite the fact that this organic mix is 25% less sugar. They resulted in a nice crunchy texture on the outside and a soft chewy texture on the inside. I ended up with 14 medium sized cookies using this mix. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. What I love the most about this product is that it is completely organic, every single ingredient is organic. Because it is super delicious, healthy, easy to make and completely organic, I definitely recommend this product to everyone. I will be buying it in the future.
