Acana review
My dogs simply did not like thetaste and ate very little of the food so I gave the rest to my neighbor. I guess they are used to the usual brand I feed them.

Just okay

Dog enjoyed new flavor of food
When I fed my dog the ACANA Wholesome Grains dog food, he looked very happy about smelling the new food he was getting. I really hope ACANA sells this product in larger sizes, as my dog went through the bag really quickly. I highly recommend the ACANA Wholesome Grains dog food.

Dog Loved; Skin Did Not
My dog loved the Acana Wholesome Grain Free-Run Poultry & Grains Recipe food but her skin did not. She broke out in red on her snout and her skin got red too. This is normal for her with diet changes so it could just be my dog only that has the issue. But she begged for the food to be put in her bowl so I would say that it is a good food just not for my dog.

Quality Dog Food

Excellent
My senior dog absolutely loves this food. There was no problem switching to.this food. He doesn't like hardly any foods especially in his older age and this was easy for him to eat and he loved it. The bites are good size for him and must be tasty, because he never leaves a morsel.

Middle of the road kibble
I feed my dog refrigerated fresh gently cooked food or raw air dried type of kibble so he didn't love eating this. He would when he got hungry enough just not excited about eating it. This is superior to the extremely low quality kibble out there so if you feel this is the best you can do for your dog go for it. I just wouldn't feed this to mine long term or as his only food.

Dog won't touch it
I guess it has good reviews and I can't say how well it works for my dog because they won't eat it. I mixed with his normal food and nothing unfortunately. It was worth a shot.

Great quality
Our little doxie really seemed to like this food. Finish the bowl each night. No allergies or GI upset with this product. I wish the pieces were just a bit smaller since he is so small. Otherwise definitely would recommend it.

My dog loves it!
I received a 4lb (1.8kg) bag of ACANA Wholesome Grains Dry Dog Food Free-Run Poultry and Grains Real Chicken & Turkey Cage-Free Eggs Gluten Free. It is 60% Protein rich premium animal ingredients + 40% wholesome grains, vegetables, fruits botanicals and nutrients. It has no artifical flavors, color perservatives. I loved that the bag included a feeding guide based on the weight of your dog and the activity of your dog. My 13yr old lab loved it.

It is a bit expensive for a 4lb bag but we gave it a try since quality food is very important to overall dog health and well-being. To be honest I had a very bad feeling switching to this dry food, buy my dog seems happier, she has more energy and her coat is looking much more healthy.
