My dog loved it!
My dog absolutely loved this dog food. I was worried that he wouldn't like this because he can be really picky about what he eats but the minute I put this in his bowl he was chowing down. I've never seen him enjoy any type of food as much as he did with this one. I love this brand and the high quality ingredients and I love how good it is for my doggone! I will continue purchasing this brand and this food. We love everything about it!

Great size

Perfect meal topper
These patties are the perfect meal topper. Easy and convenient. I love that they are freeze dried and shelf stable. Easy to rehydrate and Dante says they are mouth watering-good. He hears the sound of the bag opening and gets so excited. He loves his dry dog food, but eats these patties first. Any leftover water from the softening pours nicely over his dry food and adds flavor. These are definitely staying in his regular diet.

I was given 'Arcana Freeze Dried Patties' complimentary in exchange for your honest feedback and I'm sure glad they did! The 3 dogs here sometimes get pretty tired of their food until they get a new one and it usually is a different brand just to switch it up a bit. This topping has definitely aided the dogs in eating and completing their entire meals now! We are so ecstatic about that! Less waste and fuller bellies! Freeze dried made no difference for their attraction to food and the chicken one we picked really worked great mixed with their food they eat now! Great job Arcana!

My dog loved thsi
My dog literally picked every piece of the chicken jerky out, and waited five minutes, and then returned and ate every bite of the kibble. Every single time I fed it to my dog, this was the pattern. My dog really seemed to love it. All of my pets can be real finicky so I was impressed with how it was devoured. It had a perfect texture and the kibble was just the right size, not too big and not too small. It smelled very appetizing, and I did not detect any odor of anything artificial like I have encountered with some dog foods. There were no swallowing or digestive issues. My dog’s stools were actually more formed, which I think is healthier, because before this food, the stools had been somewhat runny.

My pup loved the Acana Freeze-Dried free run Chicken recipe meal or topper patties. I wasn't sure what to expect but they were bigger than expected so I used them as a meal for my medium sized dog and she lapped them right up. They are good quality and made of healthy ingredients!

Tasty Treat

Great Additive, Substitute or Meal!
Couldn't be happier with Acana at this point! My 80lb husky absolutely LOVED these freeze dried patties. Whether I added them up to his kibble while they were still dehydrated or if they were rehydrated and used as a meal themselves, he was gobbling them up the second the bowl was put down. Absolutely wonderful idea and the price point isn't bad for what it is. Definitely would be using it as more of a topper for a larger breed dog, but all in all, very impressed, absolutely recommend.

Will entice the pickiest water!
From the second we opened the pack, our picky eater was at our side. He has an incredibly sensitive stomach and though we were worried, he had no bad reaction. We found that if we broke one disc in half and crumbled it into a bowl full of the food he doesn't like, the entire bowl is gone in one go. They are a little pricey but go a long way when simply adding enough to entice eating. Great for dogs who need motivation and extra nutrition.
