my pup loved it
My pup loved the Acana Freeze-Dried free run Chicken recipe meal or topper patties. I wasn't sure what to expect but they were bigger than expected so I used them as a meal for my medium sized dog and she lapped them right up. They are good quality and made of healthy ingredients!

Tasty Treat
Our dogs LOVED them. I used this unique product as a dog food topper, rather than as a full meal. It seems to last longer that way, plus it gives a little extra razzle dazzle to their regular food.

Great Additive, Substitute or Meal!
Couldn't be happier with Acana at this point! My 80lb husky absolutely LOVED these freeze dried patties. Whether I added them up to his kibble while they were still dehydrated or if they were rehydrated and used as a meal themselves, he was gobbling them up the second the bowl was put down. Absolutely wonderful idea and the price point isn't bad for what it is. Definitely would be using it as more of a topper for a larger breed dog, but all in all, very impressed, absolutely recommend.

Will entice the pickiest water!
From the second we opened the pack, our picky eater was at our side. He has an incredibly sensitive stomach and though we were worried, he had no bad reaction. We found that if we broke one disc in half and crumbled it into a bowl full of the food he doesn't like, the entire bowl is gone in one go. They are a little pricey but go a long way when simply adding enough to entice eating. Great for dogs who need motivation and extra nutrition.

My dog loves ig!
I was a little skeptical because the patties felt dry and powdery but they were a huge hit crumbled on top of the dog food with a tad bit water! My pomeranian ate it and looked at me for more!

My dogs say yum!
My dogs loved this addition to their dog food! They ate it like it was the best food they ever had. I think it added a great texture for their food and leaving them fuller than just their normal food. I will for sure get this again!

Loves it
This is like a gourmet meal for my dogs. It's thick and smells so yummy. All 3 of my dogs devour it. They love it. It is the only dog food my smallest dog will eat all of. He is the picky eater and he absolutely loves it. It is great knowing it is grain free and healthy for them. They ate happy and so am I.

My dogs are obsessed!
I am always looking for something to use as a food topper, as my dogs get bored of their food often and one is a picky eater. I crumbled up the entire bag of these freeze dried patties and I sprinkle it on their food every night. So far there is still a ton left, so this is super long lasting, and they eat it up right away!

Your pups will thank you!
My three dachshunds absolutely adore this! It does not matter how I try to feed it to them, they loved it every way. I fed it to them moistened on their food as a topper, broken up and given to them individually like a treat and mixed into their food moist. No matter how I served it they were ravenous for it. I did not care for the smell of it, it smells like fish food, but it did not matter to me, because as long as my dogs are happy with it, then I’m happy!

dogs wouldn't eat it
I'm not sure what it was about it but my dogs wouldn't eat it and before they would eat anything out of the bowl again i would have to scrub it and show them that it had been cleaned. i can't say i don't recommend this because each dog is different but mine didnt like it
