Okay product
My kids love the flavor and it is a great brand. The only thing is they do not seem to work as good as some others we have used. We unfortunately will not buy these again because of the little help with sleep they seem to provide.

It's a good alternative
I bought this for my toddler it didn't put her to sleep but it helped calm her down and start the process of going to bed. It works great with a routine. She's very active and itbhelped just calm her instead of being completely crazy before bed time.

They work!!
My daughter has a hard time falling asleep every single night. Whether we spend quiet time or no quiet time, she is always wide awake. I give her one of these before she lays down about a half hour and she is sound asleep within 15 minutes of laying down. I recommend these and they are safe.

I absolutely love this product. It is great for my kiddos and does not leave them drowsy in the morning. It has a good taste to it and is not too sticky!

Zarbee's Gentle Bedtime
Didn't really find this product useful. My kid did not enjoy the taste he said they were too sour. Also did not find that this product helped him wind down or fall asleep any faster.

helped the kids to fall asleep easier, since they fell a sleep soon after taking one or two, actually tastes good, satisfied with this product and would recommend it for a younger kids sleep aid.

Does not taste good at all
Neither of my kids would eat this product. They both chewed it once and then spit it out. I cannot speak to the efficacy as they wouldn't swallow them. We have used zarbees products before with no issues but this one was a no-go for us.

Bedtime calming aid for kiddos
I tried this bedtime calming aid for my young children, but I also tried it for myself too! My kids took it without complaint. I wouldn't say it is as effective as melatonin, but I do think it's a great natural alternative. To me, the taste was a little weird but not gross.

Zarbee's Not for me's
My children have tried melatonin in the past, but after a while it no longer has an effect. I've tried a few different products, with not much luck. This product is the same as the others, but most of the other bedtime gummies we've tried had a better taste. These are horrible!!

Works amazing

Tasty, but not as effective as others
My 6 year old loved the texture of the gummies and seemed to like the flavor. He was excited to have his nighttime treat each night and reminded me of it often. However, I did not see much of a difference in him calming down for sleep. I can see the benefit of using this product which uses chamomile instead of melatonin, but I find melatonin to be more effective at helping him wind down and sleep better.
