Wilkinson Sword Hydro 5 Men’s Razor

I loved that razor. Very professional and easy to use. I loved how smooth is my skin after the shaving. Like a professional shaving!

The Wilkinson Sword Hydro are very good on the daily or every 2-3 day basis, I found it leaving skin very nice hydrated, as first few weeks I didn't even put after shave cream. However I decide to leave a beard for longer, and the stairs begin. It took a while to get it done and my old machine does it better. I can fully recommended Wilkinson Sword Hydro for every day or every few days shave, but I am not so sure for someone who shaving every 7-10 days

Overall, provided exactly what you’d want from a razor… a smooth, close shave that didn’t cause any irritation to the skin. Only disappointment was that the moisture strip dried out very quickly. I’ve used previous razors which left my skin feeling more hydrated.

It’s a good razor with sharp blades that gives a good shave. However it falls down in the design where it is difficult to take off the safety cover without cutting your fingers on the blades

I’ve been using the Wilkinson Sword Hydro 5 for a little while now, and honestly, the five blades really do make a difference. My shave feels way smoother and closer than what I was getting with my old razor. But the thing I’m really into is the gel reservoir, it kicks in when it gets wet and keeps my skin feeling hydrated, which is a big win because my skin can get pretty irritated after shaving. I also noticed the gel lasts longer than those little strips on most razors, which is a nice bonus. One feature I wasn’t expecting to love as much as I do is the flip trimmer. I didn’t even know I needed it, but it’s perfect for those tricky spots like under my nose and around my sideburns. It’s super easy to flip and doesn’t mess with the main shave. Plus, the handle feels good in my hand, nice and sturdy with a solid grip. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the head is a little bulky, which can make it tricky to get into smaller areas.

My husband used for just two times. He barely realised razors very smooth and keep his skin safe. He has sensitive skin during the winter. This razor works very well

I did enjoy using it. It gave a close shave and did not cause any irritaion to the skin when used at different angles. It did struggle to easily get close to just by the corners of my mouth. Was very smooth and retained good sharpness for the 4 weeks of use it has had. I wish it did have one of the smaller blades that can be used to get the parts the main surface could not get.

The razor is by no means a bad razor. It does a nice close clean shave without irritating the skin. If I was in the hunt for a new razor, I’d seriously consider it if it wasn’t for the fact that I prefer my current gillet razor.
