Great product
The first thing I noticed with this product was an amazing, delicate smell. I've used a pea size to style my hair. It made a whole a lot difference to my hairstyle. The product isn't sticky, the hair looks and feels nourished. I achieved desired look with minimal effort.

Wella Deluxe cream gel
The colour and texture was unexpected as other gels look more like a gel. It smelt really good and also light. I have afro hair and it says use on dry hair. Due to the texture of my hair, it did not work but when i applied a bit of water and added the gel, it was perfect. I was not sticky like other normal gels.

Nice product but not for me
The product is nice - it has a lovely smell, good creamy texture, doesn't leave your hair oily, heavy or crispy. I have very fine, wavy hair and usually use a curl cream to scrunch my curls. I tried to do the same with this product as it claimed to have holding power, but unfortunately it didn't do much for the curls but it did give my hair a lovely shine. I'm not 100% sure how else I would use this product, hence the rating.

Not as strong
I love the smell of the product, the texture and the fact that it didn't made my hair look greasy. The only thing that I wasn't too happy is that it didn't hold my hair as it's supposed to. It says that the strenght of the product is 4, but I would say it's lower than that.

Smells amazing
This product smells amazing, the texture is really nice too. You only need the smallest amount and it does exactly what it says, it holds your hair style while adding shine. The only thing I don't really like about it is after a day your hair can feel greasy and dried out atvthe ends. The packaging does say it can last 4 days though but would recommend a hair was after 2 days.

Wella supreme definition cream gel
I was so excited to review this hair product. I have very fine, fly away hair. After washing it looks quite fluffy so I wanted a gel/cream which would give it a styled look without looking greasy or “wet”. I liked the smell of the cream. It went on very well without clumping or making my hair look greasy. It’s claims to be an extra strong hold. I certainly don’t agree with that. I assumed it to set like a hair spray. It didn’t do this at all. Although my hair looked less fluffy it certainly didn’t “hold” and definitely would have for 3 days! After a while my hair started to look flat and a bit rubbish. I used the recommended pea sized amount. I’m actually quite disappointed with the product and will go back to my Matt clay product. Sorry Wella, I don’t think this is the product for me.

Lovely product
First,the smell is divine and the nice scent lingers on for a while keeping your hair smelling fresh. At first glance it did look like a lotion and I wondered if it could keep my edges and fly away hair in place. And mine oh mine it did just that. One thing I did notice, is that you don’t have to use much cream. A little cream goes a long way to do the job for you. For the first time ,I found a product which isn’t greasy, doesn’t leave oily residues around the edges but keep hair in place and at the same time hair looks shiny enough to turn eyes on your hair. I’m in love with this product and will definitely buy another. I’ve been using it on dry hair though. Yet to try it on a damp hair . And oh my edges stayed intact for at least 6 hours till I got home. Very pleased with this and I’ll give it 5 stars

Nourishing but still a gel
As this has to be applied to dry hair and I couldn’t apply it before straightening my hair, it basically just messed up my hair. I do use styling products everyday but they are heat protection, volume boosting, shine inducing products applied to wet hair - so I’m never going to be into any kind of hair gel. As a product the benefits of this are plentiful, if you usually go for gel/ mousse / hairspray. But I don’t want anything I can feel or see in my hair or that’s going to ruin my straighteners! I’m sorry, had I known this was the type of styling product being tested I would have opted out because it’s not for me.

Smells amazing
I love this cream gel so much, it smells amazing and has so many good effects to my hair, it helps holds my hair in my desired style and makes it look really nice and feel really nice as well, I would highly recommend this product.

Great product!
I have wavy short hair, and it always tend to frizz up! This product made my hair soft and shiny and really tamed that frizz. Not sticky or crunchy! Fab smell :)

Smells nice. Good hold. Great shine.
I have quite thick, medium length hair (for a bloke). This product smells nice, abit generic but nice. It’s got a creamy texture when you palm it, goes through hair fine. But it then holds really well for a cream without leaving behind any crappy buildup or it crisping. The oils in it leave a really good shine that lasts and then when you wash it out hair is still looking nourished. I liked using it and the pot size it big so it would last I imagine.

Great hold gel
I have been using this gel for the past few days and one of the first thing I noticed is the smell of the product. This is a great-smelling product. Regarding the hold, this product keeps hair in a strong hold but with a little wave to it.
