Does really help
If you have to do a lot of laundry this will save you a lot of time. It produces a lot of steam and that helps a lot. Plus I had a lively shirt that I have put on too of a high temp wash, and it crinkled. Regular iron did nothing, but this one with the power of steam did the job. My shirt is saved.

Amazing value steam iron
The Tefal SV6110 is an amazing iron at an amazing price. I really can't believe an iron of this quality retails at such a low price as its easily worth double. It really did cut the time taken to plough through the mountain of ironing. Using my iron the previous week took just over 3 and a half hours. Using the Tefal SV6110 this week took 2 hours 50 minutes and there was slightly more to do too! It's so easy to set up and heats up quickly and your ready to go in a flash. I steamed a few items still on their hangers and the creases just fell out. This really is an amazing product at an unbelievable price and I simply can't praise it enough.

Lovely iron

Decent Steam Iron for Price
Having used steam generator irons before, I was looking forward to trying this product. With a family of 4 (2 kids), we have an endless pile of ironing to tackle. First impressions was that this was large - the water tank holds a very good supply. This means less filling up when ironing. The steam function was ok, but a bit variable at lower temperatures. Sometimes, water would spit out with the steam. This was less of a problem when using the highest temperature setting. It's hard to comment on the anti-scale function as we've not had the iron for long. It lacks a removable device to remove any build-up which could make it harder to keep calc-free over a long period of time. The cord is of a good length compared to others we've used. The performance of the iron had very good results with a variety of materials and items. This was especially true for small and fiddly items. In general, I would recommend this product, especially for the price.

Saves you time
I can't stop using it. It saves me so much time doing my family ironing. Easy to use, operate and switch off. My washing looks decent and fresh. My life it's easier and I'm happier. It's a recommendation from me. Friends know already what to buy next. 100% quality.

Can't live without it
First of all - how could I have functioned before using it? No idea. It's the product I was looking for half of my life. Easy to use, connect and fill with water. I save a lot of time using it, which makes my everyday routine so much easier. Ironing is my favourite cardio now. Recommended to my friends and family already. I can't praise it enough. My washing is fresh, beautiful and tidy.

Absolutely amazing. I get my ironing done in half the time, I love the steam function, it's remarkable and the fact you can steam clothes hanging if your in a rush It’s sturdy and well made I am really pleased with the quality of this product! The price is a bonus also. I highly recommend.

express ironing
If you find ironing a boring but essential task, this is the iron for you to help speed through the iron load this iron will glide through most of your clothes and reduce the time required to do the ironing so you can spend more time carrying on with the rest of your day. The iron is slightly heavy but that helps give it the power to go through the clothes.

Lovely strong iron
Tefal SV6110 Express Essential is very handy and easy to store. It can save loads of time normally waisted when ironing with ordinary iron. It is light and powerful. I love the design and the colour of it but the most of all that I shortened my time of ironing. Now I can spend more time with my kids as every hour adds up. When you have big family you must know what I am talking about. This activity is time consuming and thanks to Tefal's lovely product I can enjoy more time with my family.

Huge time saver
This iron has revolutionised my ironing routine and dramatically reduced ironing times. The tank is separate to the iron itself, and can store a massive 1.4 litres of water, so I no longer need to refill halfway through a larger load. This also makes the iron much more manoeuvrable. The speed at which you can glide over clothes, while completely removing even the toughest of creases, is simply remarkable - the steam is so powerful that you barely even need to touch the clothes. Even better, this can be used vertically, so if you have any hanging clothes with some light creases, you can decrease these without bothering to get the ironing board out. Importantly this iron also has an anti-limescale facility, meaning limescale should no longer be an issue. I honestly can't recommend this iron enough, it's literally cut my ironing time down by 50%. Extremely pleased with this.

Very heavy
The ironing performance is good, it heats up pretty quickly, the tank capacity is more than enough and it looks nice, but it is a very heavy and bulky iron. If you have a big load, you will feel it in your hand. It splatters quite a bit of water and there is no continuous steam mode, which is s bit of a shame as well.
