Great Retro Design Toaster
Took a bit of time to work out the correct settings to achieve toast the way we like it. Just meant eating a bit more bread than normal on the first day but eventually got there and works great. I've always rated Tefal products and this one doesn't disappoint. Wasn't sure I would like the colour but it actually works with the retro design. Only negative is the levers don't lift the toast up far enough for a straight forward lift so just need to be more careful when removing. Overall a 4* product.

Uneven toasting
My only gripe with this toaster is that it toasts unevenly. I like the detail of the large openings to place the bread (great for thick sliced), the controls are easy to use and the levers to lift the toast once complete is a great addition. Overall a very stylish toaster but am disappointed that it only seems to toast in centre of bread and not so much around edges.

Beautiful and functional
Absolutely in love with this toaster as it fits all of my needs and looks great doing it. I do tend to do more than just toast, so I love the extra wide slots and extra high lift mechanism. Having two independent chambers and settings means we aren't constantly switching them either - we just use our own 'side'.

Lovely toaster
This toaster feels very sturdy. It toasts beautifully. The crumb trays are easy to use. The wide slots are great fot tea cakes or Bagels. The main feature I like best is the independent slots,2 can be on a lower setting etc and they pop up when there time is up separately! on the down side it is very large/chunky if you have limited bench space.The price is quite high for a toaster also. But I would recommend it

Great funky toaster
Wow... What a great looking toaster. The style of the toaster is fab, great colours which matches my kitchen great! It makes making toast so much easier by having the 4 slots, it's great for using really thick bread and crumpets. No issues with it at all.

Hoped it would be better
First impressions was good, looked great bigger and wider than my current toaster with additional parts the 30 second timer, however once i opened the box i couldn't find instructions i then realised they was printed on the box. The slots are not big enough to fit a full slice of bread however are great at bagels and crumpets. The timer dials are very sensitive and i love the 30 second addition

Stylish Toaster
This toaster is just amazing. It fits different types of bread, rolls and etc. It toasts them quick and every piece comes out at same level of toasting. Bonus is that bread slots toast your bread independently so it means you can have 2 slightly less and 2 very well toasted. And it looks absolutely gorgeous! Very elegant. I am very happy with it.

Form over function
Ok, first and foremost, The Tefal Toaster is a piece of eye candy. It is not worth it's rrp. Yes it's tantalisingly sleek and beautiful but I've tested it side by side with my £10 toaster and they have practically the same results. The only pro is that the tefal has these two little levers in between the normal spring loaded levers that when pushed will raise small items like waffles so you can easily pick them out with a pair of tongs. I do enjoy how pretty they look and have had a few comments on them but I could not see myself personally buying it from a shop at the current price. I would definitely make a fantastic gift.

Great looking Toaster
A great looking Toaster with a cool retro look. The dials are large and easily read with a handy lift function for removing smaller items. The duality function is great for making two or more slices of toast at differing settings. Overall a great and well thought out equipment, however if you like real dark toast you'll have to crank up the dials.

Great family toaster but very wide
Upon opening the box I was shocked at the quality of the mokka “leather look” and how wide the toaster slots were. We used the toaster for the purpose of this review for the full 7 days . We are a busy family of 3 with a toddler that is always demanding breakfast be in the table within a second of waking. First impressions were very good the toaster looks nice however we did think it looked a bit oversized on the sideboard. The toaster works great we have evenly toasted bread each time. On the weekend we love thick uncut bread for toast. Usually we have to drill it but it fits perfectly in this toaster as do crumpets and bagels! You could even grill a toasted sandwich (both pieces in one slot)

It’s an okay toaster
I tested the toaster out on lots of different products from toast to crumpets and waffles. I found the buttons that lift it up were very flimsy and felt like they had broken, my crumpet got stuck a few times. To get my toast toasted to the correct level I had to turn it up to 6-7 which sometimes then burnt off I wouldn’t but this product again don’t think ot will last long.

Lovely toaster
I have thoroughly enjoyed testing this four slice toaster. Overall it felt solid and good quality with a very modern retro look. However, the control handles to push down to start toasting felt very lose and I would suggest that if you were too heavy handed then they could easily break if not careful and one other potential negative is that if you have limited space in your kitchen then it’s worth noting that the toaster is on the large side and does take up a lot of the work surface area. On the positive notes it’s awesome and has extra wide slots which can easily handle doorstep toast and giant crumpets. So much so that I had to go out and buy more bread items to toast! The whole family love it and it’s very speedy and toasts very well and even across the slice. There is plenty of cable too so you can position where you like. A good all round toaster and I would recommend it.

Great Toaster
Great Toaster, which works with all types of items including bread, bagels and crumpets etc. The additional arms to raise the items being toasted are very handy, as are the individual temperature dials. I liked the design and retro feel too. All in all, a great little toaster than does all that is required. Would recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new one.
