Easy to use when expressing milk, they clip around the pump flange easily and once warmed up help the milk to flow. These can take a bit of manipulation to get the gel beads evenly spaced in each section to get the full benefit and even heating.
An absolute lifesaver when breastfeeding but also during pregnancy when feeling tight and sore. Very soothing and easy to use.

Great product
These are very handy to have the the early days of breastfeeding, newothers must,
Also they are great if you have just had your nipples pierced, both hot and cold.
Good value for money
Currently breastfeeding baby 2, and these were a god send at the start! They helped manage the initial soreness really well, I preferred the warm but the cold worked too.
Back when I breastfed they were brilliant when would heat them and help when trying to pump. Just make it easier, soothing and make milk flow a bit quicker. Great little helpers to ease any discomfort with blocked ducts as well.
Offers the soothing craved but they don't last that long/provide as effective relief as they are re-used.

Simple Relief for Breastfeeding Comfort
I used this 3-in-1 breast therapy, and it was great! I could warm it to help with milk flow or cool it for soreness. It was easy, comfortable, and really helped.
I tried breastfeeding desperately at the beginning but it was extremely painful (tongue-tie baby) so my breasts were very sore, I tried everything I could get my hands on. I have to say that these helped the most, although it still wasn’t enough for me to continue with my breastfeeding journey but was probably more down to the tongue-tie difficulties.
I also admit that I only tried the cold function as I felt that coldness was what I needed to calm the pain

Wife liked
I brought for my wife and she used them alot. So suppose it does what it says
I am now 14 months in to my breast feeding journey but remeber all to well then early days of sore nipples and regular blocked ducts. I purchased these as the reviews seemed to give me the opinion all my pain and issues would go away. Personally for me these done nothing the ducts blocked would sometimes be further to the side than these would sit naturally. Unfortunately for me offered no help but I have read many reviews that state different. All women’s breast are different and so is their feeding journey
I was using these multiple times a day in the early days of breast feeding. Found essential to help with pains. However I quickly didn't need them anymore, such a shame given how much they were. If you're on a budget you could probably find a cheaper diy alternative but I liked how easy and portable they were, especially while staying in hospital.

Not good
I bought these for my daughter when she was breastfeeding, but she was really disappointed. They didn't help her at all.
Disappointed with this product. Wouldnt recommend and quite pricy! Better things available

Really helpful
As a first time mum, I packed this product in my hospital bag. I’m so glad I did that, because this product helped me so much with my breastfeeding journey. I was very reliant on pumping and this product helped me pump by encouraging milk let down. I recommend it to all breast feeding mums.
