Not very good . Not comfortable at all .

I used these when I stopped breastfeeding my baby, I found them working best when used hot for my sore breasts. Here I am, breastfeeding my second child and I am using these pads again.

Although I found the cold/hot therapy very useful, the design of this product makes it so it does not really provide much relief. Also the cold effect really only last a couple of minutes, and then it takes hours to freeze it again to reuse it.
