Almost instant relief
I have purchased these tablets many times and they are an essential to pack into holiday bag. Work really quickly and relieves symptoms super fast easing needing frequent toileting.

A must on holiday!
I don’t like to admit it but I have a weak stomach lol! Whenever I’m abroad I love trying local cuisine, especially street food. Unfortunately that results in an upset stomach so for me any form of Imodium is a must on holiday. These work wonders and I highly recommend them.

Staple
Been so poorly with outbursts of ibs. These have been a lifesaver. They really do relieve you of pain and other symptoms. I always keep a pack in my bathroom medicine cabinet!

General review
Having suffered with bouts of IBS for a while, I wanted to try these, and they do what they are designed to do. I also take digestive enzymes which also help to combat the effects too.

Does what it's supposed too.
I got these to test at the right time after a bout of food poisoning! The capsules were easy to remove from the packet and easy to swallow, which is what you want when you're in a panic! They took a couple of hours to work, but when they did, they did the job. I've kept a pack of these at work and at home to have on hand in case there's any need for them in the near future.

Effective
Works well providing almost immediate relief. Best known brand of loperamide and reasonably priced. Would like if larger packs were available. I’d recommend purchasing this product.

Did the job
I’ve been a little longer with my review as I was waiting for a flare-up Lo and behold it came with a vengeance bloating cramps, back and too to the loo so I started on my imodium, absolute lifesaver within 4 hours the bloating and my other symptoms eased! I’ve just packed some in my case ready for my holidays, best treatment ever!
