Seemed to work

Good product
This product was good and did help relieve diarrhoea; however, it took longer than the hour that it claims it works in. Unfortunately, it did not work as well on the painful cramps that are also a part of IBS. I would use again as it is definitely better than my usual brand for the horrible diarrhoea side of IBS.
