Amazing tablets!!
Whenever I have had stomach flare ups previously I'd just take normal Loperamine thinking they were Helping a great deal until I tried these!! These tablets really are a step up from loperamine they stop the Diarrhea itself but also within 15 minutes they stop that horrible churning feeling in your stomach and stop the gurgling noise. Previously I'd worry about going anywhere distance was involved, as I just wouldn't trust the medication 100% but these I do! One of these when symptoms kick in, keeps me pain and Diarrhea free for quite some time Excellent product, wouldn't be without it now.

Great!
I’ve never used these before so was a little skeptical but they helped ease my IBS symptoms straight away which was brilliant and I’m very happy with them. Would purchase again.

Helped slightly
Having used the 6 capsules after a very bad flare up, they initially helped the symptoms but after that I found they didn't really help.

MUST HAVE IN MEDICINE CUPBOARD.
Highly recommend these Imodium IBS Relief tablets. My husband has suffered really badly with IBS for years and hadn't found a medicine that offered relief as quick as these do. After taking 1 tablet, his stomach starts to calm down within 50 mins and after 90 mins his stomach has settled. He no longer worries about going out for a meal as we keep a box of Imodium IBS Relief at home and a box in the car. I also tried these after recent 'stressy' stomach issues and was very pleased at how quick they work. I could continue doing my work without worrying about that horrible 'discomfortable' look where people may you're not interested in helping them.

Better than the rest!
I was not hopeful for this to work tbh. I have used deflatine and buscupan several times in the past with with minimal impact. My flare ups generally begin with heartburn and stomach cramps. This product really helped lessen the pain and severity of the cramps. For that reason alone I will stock up and use again in the future as and when required

Helped to relieve stomach cramps
When the tightness starts and the cramps, I try to ignore hoping they will go away Should know to take an Imodium, helps to undo the tightness and cramps somehow

Reliable
I've used the standard Imodium capsules and found these soft capsules to work faster than the standard ones which is a relief. Not as fast as the instant dissolvable tablets but almost just as good. Definitely would buy again if I saw it, Imodium can be trusted as it works & helps every time.

Did not relieve spasmodic cramping
Disappointed in this from Imodium I thought that it would help alleviate the extreme sharp pains I get with spasmodic colon cramping but it made no difference whatsoever. I normally take boscapan which eventually does help. The pain is very sharp and sever I am left doubled over in agony when it strikes and I was hoping for something that was fast acting to relieve the spasms and to relax my colon
