Not very helpful
I suffer from IBS so was intrigued to try these as I thought they may help. This week I have been suffering from stomach cramps and constant diarrhoea so I was hoping the Imodium would help. They say they ‘instantly melt’ on your tongue, however it took a minute or so to melt and had a bit of a strange taste. In regards to my symptoms, I haven’t noticed any change and I am still suffering

Work quickly
They do what they say on the pack. Work well and reasonable quick. Very handy to have as you don't need to have any water with you, as they do just melt down. So very handy to have, good price and they do work!

Fast acting, did the job
These worked really well, felt better very quickly. Tiny packet that can fit in your purse and the individual tablets are perforated so you can just take a couple out with you if necessary. They taste slightly minty and dissolve quickly. Would use again in future

My life saver

What more could you want
Instants are really handy to have on the go, as the easily fit in the wallet/purse. I keep them in my wallet as i never know when i will need them. Its so easy to take the pack out and take one of the tabs out and place on the tounge to disolve. Theres no bad after taste left and they work really well

Does what it says on the packet
Does what it says on the packet , dissolves in your mouth so no need for any water , works within an hour so your tummy is less active .You possibly may need to take a second one depending on how bad your symptoms are

Miracle on holiday!
