Perfect for managing IBS
As someone who suffers from IBS, I often rely on products such as Immodium to manage my symptoms. I find Immodium instants ideal for dealing with symptoms on the go, as they don’t require water to dissolve. They even have a nice taste.

Best one around
I think this is the best diarrhoea relief around. We always make sure we have a box of these in the medicine drawer for the whole family to use. Simply pop on the tounge and they melt away. Works within 30mins. Will always buy and recommend.

These a little miracle workers. They get to work fast. The pack size is handy as it can easily go in a handbag, travel bag etc.

Great relief
This is a great product to use when you have the runs! I sometimes suffer with anxiety induced diarrhoea and these work so well! Always keep it my bag for emergencies.

Great product
They work almost instantly, and when you need to use this sort of product its exactly what you need. Pleasant taste and the pack lasts a while as these have always worked for me in one dose.

IBS relief
I tried these recently and they really helped, as a sufferer of IBS i took 2 after my latest bout and maged to get a good night sleep afterwards, i dont know if they helped with the cramping but they stopped the other part happening again.

Works every time
I suffer from IBS, and these are my go-to choice when I am venturing out and about for any length. As a sufferer I never know when an attack might occur, so if I pop these before I go I have to date been fine. What I particularly like about these instants is they are just that, instant. As soon as you put them on your tongue they dissolve, and they don't taste bad either. Also if you get poorly from the runs they stop it within a very short while of taking them.

work a treat
Amazing little product. Fantastic especially to pop in your suitcase when you go away. melt really fast with not much bother or nasty taste etc. and work really well. These are also great for me because i suffer with IBS these have saved my bacon many times

Explosions defused
These only arrived yesterday and I assumed/hoped that they wouldn't be needed for a while, incorrect this morning explosions occurred, so I administered 2 melts then after a further occurrence I gave a further 1 Imodium instant , success , situation defused! I would definitely recommend and would buy again.
