Great airfryer addition to Cook4Me Touch
The Extra Crisp Lid is a great addition to the Cook4me Touch, turning it into a mini oven for roasting, grilling, air frying and baking. I immediately tried chicken wings (there's an easy to follow recipe in the Cook4me Touch) which were cooked to perfection. Using the Extra Crisp Lid was incredibly easy to program as far as temperature and time were concerned, and there was hardly any mess - just the Cook4me Touch bowl to wash up. The air fryer makes great (and healthier) crispy chips, too! Next I tried a small chicken to test the roasting If you need to stir a dish midway through, you can remove the lid and put it down without fear of burning your work surface. I rate this appliance highly. It's an amazing bit of technology. Along with the Cook4me Touch, it's changing (and simplifying!) the way I cook and making the whole experience highly enjoyable.

Good but needed more instructions!
I was really excited to try the lid, and found it easy to get started with, however it wasn’t too intuitive in terms of how/when to use the different settings or how long for. It did a good job for chips, but other items didn’t crisp up as much as I would have liked, and it was hard to locate recipes that specifically required it on the app.

Bit fiddly&hard to follow instructions.
I found it a bit fiddly to attach and work out what to do. I wanted to try a chicken but struggled to find one small enough to fit then as a family of 5 it was not big enough, also tried chocolate banana cakes. I like the convenience and less washing up but it does not make it as crispy as the oven, maybe with more use it will get better. I love my Cook4me use it at least 4 times per week but the lid is something I could have survived with out. Still experimenting so will keep trying things using the lid as no other accessories seem to be available to buy in the UK.

Crispy cooks
Crispy air fryer looks sleek and smart was easy to fit and light weight to lift in and off. I couldn’t find the recipes for the air fryer on the cooking app, but did eventually. Decided to cook the chips for my first time using and steps easy to follow and came out nice and crispy - can’t wait to cook more with this product

Another large device!
Considering this was just a lid I wasn't expecting it to be so big - causing yet more storage issues! Also disappointed that it plugs in separately to the main device. I have never used an air fryer before and cannot say that I am completely converted. For me there were no added advantages over oven cooking.

Steamer to Airfryer by changing the lid!
Wow! I was sent this to test on top of my Tefal Cook4Me. It is so simple to use! By just sitting it on top of your Cook4Me it transforms it into an Airfryer. I’ve never used an Airfryer before but many friends have raved about them so I was keen to try it out. So far I’ve cooked chips, roast potatoes and a full roast chicken which came out deliciously moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. Clear simple buttons on the top which anyone could understand. Love it.

Transforms the Tefal Cook4me Touch
This is a great product that transforms the cook4me touch into an airfyrer and more. It gives you triple or quadruple the amount of recipes you can do with it, just with a lid. Amazing! We used it to roast chicken as that was an easy one to start with. You put the chicken in and it takes you through the recipe step by step. It browns it first, then roasts it and then you add the lid to crisp and finish off at the end. Easy to follow and cooks itself. I thought there was some trick to putting the lid on to the cook4me but it literally just sits on top. Looking forward to cooking much more with it.

A welcome addition
First thing I noticed was the sleek design of the Extra Crisp Lid, it looks stylish and fitted well onto the pressure cooker. Easy to use once I had worked out the instructions (they weren't that detailed but there are some good YouTube videos that helped). Only disappointment was there aren't many recipes on the machine that make use of the Extra Crisp Lid, so am unsure if it will get much use. Its also quite large to use, but worked well and did the job.

Great for finishing off
I tested first of with finishing off macaroni cheese cooked in the Cook4Me to give a crispy top, worked great. I was surprised at the lack of recipes in the app, I was hoping there would be a way to search for recipes that use the attachment as well. Felt like it was just gues work at how long things would take to cook. I like the safety function that turns it off the second it's lifted off the Cook4Me. I'd recommend it for anyone that wants to use it for browning off the top of things like cottage pies etc but otherwise it's just easier to use the oven
