Good idea
I was r3allt looking forward to trying this product as hoped it would by me some time between hair colouring when my roots started to show, unfortunately it didn't really make a lot of difference to my roots when used

Clairol touch up and volume spray
The touch up spray did not make any difference on my roots colour wise but the spray did give my hair volume .

Best product ever
I am amazed with the results. I have used this for cover my grey hair roots within few seconds it blends well and Leaving my hair shiny. They colour is really pigmented and blends well with my hair.

Not For Me
I had a decent amount of root growth so I was looking forward to covering my roots before my next salon visit. I followed the instructions but it failed to cover my roots with any colour and just made them look wet. It was very sticky to the touch, I was expecting a fine powder texture. I was unsure if I had used the product incorrectly so I tried again on another day but again got a wet sticky texture to my roots with no colour.

Covered the greys
I found this product covered the greys which is great and it did add volume when I sprayed it and fluffed up my hair a little. I would say though that spraying takes a little getting used to as it does come out fast so takes a bit of practice and although I had ‘dark blonde, it definitely came out more of a brown colour so was a completely wrong shade for me unfortunately. Once on, your hair doesn’t feel very nice but this is the case with all other colour sprays that I have tried too so I think that is unavoidable. I was impressed by the coverage though and would use it again if my hair was darker. I will probably try a darker colour of this product as it did do what it said on the tin. Washes out super easily too and has attractive packaging with easy application.

Not bad
.I can say about Clairol that it adds instant volume to hair which is great.I find the tube to small ,I would like a bigger one.It covers gray hair quick and stays on for all day long,but I would love to see other tones of blonde available. Was my first time using a coloured spray and I found it quite interesting

Great resultsaire
I was very impressed with the Clairol root touch up. It covered my grey roots very well. It even added volume to my hair. I am so pleased to have found this as it is a brilliant product. Easy and very quick to use. Washes out but can last for ages between washes.

Perfect for in between salon trips
You really do have to shake this for a while, and sometimes it seems like little color comes out. To me this is a plus because another brand I use squirts a huge burst of color on your hair and it stains your scalp and you have to go back with a q-tip and erase it from your scalp! This I can get right up to my root by scalp and spray. Yes I use a lot more, but for how cheap it is, is worth it for the extra time I don't waste. I have a lighter brown/blonde color in summer, and color my hair a more medium brown in the winter. The light brown color works fine for my hair.

Ok product
I tested Clairol Root Touch Color a few times now. I'm finding it difficult to use without some of the colour getting on my forehead. However it does cover the grey well.

Easy to use, good results
I was a little sceptical if this product would cover my dark roots but I was pleasantly surprised by the results. It blended them really well into my highlighted hair and I can no longer see the dark line between the roots and the coloured hair. I will definitely be able to extend the time between having to colour my hair. It was also very easy to use, just part the hair, spray on the roots and leave for 15 minutes, so simple.

Awful
I was really looking forward to using this product as my hair grows quickly and my roots show through. Unfortunately, it made no difference to the colour of my hair at all and left it with a very sticky residue that made it look stiff and greasy. A

Great for a quick fix
I have been really impressed with this product and how effective it is - especially at covering those sneaky grey hairs inbetween salon appointments! The trick is not to spray the product too close to your head or it can be a little sticky, once you master the technique it’s brilliant for bringing hair back to life. It has saved me using a semi on my roots which doesn’t always end well with a balayage, so my hairdresser is pleased I’ve found a replacement also! Would recommend to others and will be buying more for sure

Nice Colour Blend
I did enjoy this root touch up spray it's definitely good for emergencies in covering up some darker roots. I have quite silvery hair with darker blonde roots so found this to be a tad too yellow for my hair colour. It does look really good though and I would keep a tin for emergencies. I've recommended my mum get a brown one for her hair as the coverage is really good compared to her usual brand. Overall the coverage is fantastic and it would be nice to have some more shades.
