Colour
As far as root touch up goes, this is one of the better ones. Sometimes they can leave bits but I think this one is good as it doesn't. The reason for the 4 stars is because the colour didn't quite match my hair

Fantastic product
Easy to use and great results. I was concerned that my skin would be dyed however I didn't need to worry due to the design of the nozzle it was so easy to direct where you spray. I used the spray in-between hair dyes means less damage to my hair

Grey coverage
Easy to use Good directional nozzle. Covers grey hair very well. No colour transfer on to clothes when getting dressed. Dispenses the spray a little too quick.

Perfect for touching up

Sticky

A quick fix and gives time between dyes
I used root touch up spray on both my hair and my mums. I have sparse grey hairs but all in my parting and my mum dyes her hair regularly having a clear block of grey roots regrowth between dyes. This spray works to cover greys in both scenarios but much better in the latter. You have to be cary with angling and distance to avoid spraying colour onto the scalp of your parting or on your forehead when tackling greys at the front. Make sure to comb and style your hair before using as you dont want to move your hair around thereafter. The colour stays throughout the day and did rub off onto bedding at night but if you did brush your fingers through your hair you would get some colour on your nails. I also found that when I washed my hair the next day the colour washes out once shampoo is used. Overall for my first use of a root touch spray i thought this was good and has helped with buying time so i can go longer between needing to redye my hair.

On arrival the product comes in a handy travel size tin. However using the product is very messy. I forgot i had used this, touched my head a few hours later and wnded up with a black hand

Clairol Root Touch Up Colour Black
I chose the black colour it was easy to follow the instructions on the spray and to put on however the colour went everywhere on clothes, hands and bedding which was hard to wash out. The colour stayed on my hair until washed.

Quick fix
Is ok for a quick fix, if you are in a hurry to go to an event or a night out. Covers very well the grey hairs. Comes of in the next wash. So does exactly what it says on the label.

Fantastic can’t recommend enough
Great easy way to hide the grey roots between hairdresser appointment, I have managed to stretch the frequency I go to the hairdresser by using root touch up, this saving so much money, I am very happy with the results

Good product
It’s a good product and very useful for covering the grey roots. Only thing, at least in my case, was that when I sprayed, the spray was so powerful that the colour went everywhere. It sprayed very wide open. Not sure if it was supposed to be like this or my one had a little fault. Other than that it’s a very good product and I would purchase it again. The colour lasted even the next day

Clairol Root Touch Up and Volume
Provides great coverage and easy to use but did find that even once dry, it did transfer on to scarves and ran during gym sessions. Good for a quick cover up for a night out but had to wash out soon after. This may be due to using a black colour, lighter colours may not have this issue.
