Great, Diabetic Friendly With aftertaste
I think WellGreens Natural Food Supplement in Ampalaya is great for diabetic people like me. Although it has a little bit of after taste, I am pretty sure it is pretty unavoidable because it is enclosed with a soluble jelly. I can't say it has a great effect on my blood sugar as of now because I am on my diabetic medications but It sure has a great effect on my bowel movement.

I received a small brown box of WellGreens Natural Food Supplement in Ampalaya. Upon reading what is on the box, I believe that it can be a good aid in protecting my parents in a natural way. strengthen normalized BS & easy swallow
With proper exercise, healthful food, supplements like wellgreen ampalaya , I manage my blood sugar to be on its normal level. There are cheat days of course but I am not afraid because I know that ampalaya is a superfood that will help me lower my blood sugar. Honestly, it has become my “happy pill”.

Naturally healthy. Effective. Must try!
At first there's still this bitter taste when I took it but later on it's all good. Haven't felt and notice anything in the first couple of days but I felt lighter afterwards. I am diabetic and have hypertension. I am working on lowering my blood sugar so this supplement is a big help. I preferred to stop taking my meds years ago and opt for the natural way.
