Loaded with good and healthy stuffs.
I take this alongside with my vitamins. I honestly dont like Ampalaya. I couldn't eat it as it is. But it's good to know you're taking the good stuffs and several important nutrients without having to literally eat the bitter gourd. Would probably buy this one.
