Great taste, great benefits
Sante Barley for me is a little bit too sweet. Other than being too sweet, everything is great. It does make me feel fuller before eating meals and a great relaxing drink as well. Not sure if it does clean and help with bowel movement but overall it is a great product and would definitely try it again.

Healthy and tasty drink
It tastes good and has no aftertaste when you burp. Also you have to stir it well and drink it right away. I prefer to drink it around 5-6pm right after dinner. It makes me digest my food well and regulates mg bowel movement in the morning. Makes me feel light throughout the day

All Natural, ready to drink,
I lobe that it is all natural and it helps me to sleep well at night and it helps on my bowel movement. What I don't like is it has after taste. Hopefully they consider to have flavored one.

I liked Sante Barley™ Powder because it is high in fiber. It helps me have better digestion, reduces my hunger and helps me with my weight loss. I feel healthier taking it daily because I don't have cravings for sugary treats as much as before and it help me feel energized. It doesn't make me feel tired though I have a busy day.
