Gaviscon is a real life-saver.
Super hassle talaga ang heartburn and indigestion! I used to suffer from heartburn very often after drinking coffee and eating a spicy meal. As I love drinking coffee, this was a real nuisance. I started using Gaviscon Double Action Tablets for occasional heartburn and acid reflux, and they’ve been a lifesaver. They work pretty fast—usually within a few minutes—and provide a soothing, long-lasting relief. Unlike some antacids that just neutralize stomach acid, these also form a protective barrier to stop acid from coming back up, which I really appreciate. The chewable tablets are easy to take, though the texture is a bit chalky, and the flavor (usually mint or fruit) is okay—not amazing, but not unpleasant either. The most important thing is that they **work**. I can eat without worrying too much about acid reflux ruining my day. If you struggle with heartburn or acid reflux, especially at night, I’d definitely recommend keeping these on hand. They make a noticeable difference!
