Worth-it. Effective. Complete.
My Papa felt a lot of improvements after drinking the Ensure Gold. He became more energetic and lively. Suddenly became happier and he always smile unlike before that he's not active, always feel sad and sleepy. He felt that he is stronger after drinking Ensure Gold and his difficulty sleeping and waking up was gone. I can definitely say that Ensure Gold helps seniors like my dad to stay healthy even in their senior years. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for me.

yummy full of nutrients effective
My grandmother is already drinking Ensure Gold before, It boost their immune systems. Their bodies becomes stronger compare to other people their age. And because they are alot srtronger they dont easily get sick which is common for old age. Most importantly, ensure gives them extra energy to do stuffs they normally wouldnt be able to do due to lack of energy. For our familiy, ensure is essential for adulthood.

very delicious and effective
Aside from the its above average price tag compare to existing adult milk supplement, my mother enjoyed drinking it. She particularly love it's vanilla flavor but opted taking less scoops than the suggested serving of six because she finds it really sweet. She is diabetic so she watches her sugar intake adamantly. She also love that it does not make her tummy acidic which is a problem with the one she is taking.

Supplements elderly needs.

Complete balanced nutrition
My mother was very happy that I signed up and got chosen to receive the Ensure Gold sample. We used to order from the US the Ensure liquid milk before the pandemic. Then we switched to a local brand of milk for adults, but she wasn't very happy about the taste.
