Healthy and Delicious
My daddy really uses it, since he got sick, the amount of medicine given to him, but he only gets weaker and then he loses his appetite, then they thought of taking Ensure, we noticed, little by little there was an improvement in his body. He got stronger, then he had an appetite, then now his favorite drink is Ensure because this is where he got stronger. He doesn't take a lot of medicine anymore.

The best! Highly recommended!
Rating this in behalf of my Dad. At first he was hesitant to drink milk since he is an avid coffee drinker but Ensure Gold changed his mind. He has trouble sleeping and when he started drinking Ensure Gold, he can sleep well and when he wakes up in the morning he feels good and relieved and has the energy to start the day.

Beneficial for Seniors
My aunt broke her hips and she was confined in bed for a couple of months. Ensure gold is her favorite snack, she lost her appetite but she can't resist a warm cup of ensure. I also tried mixing it with rolles oats and she liked it.
