C-Lium Fibre has sent me 3 different flavor variants. Mango, Pineapple and Dalandan. It is actually easy to prepare. Just get a glass with cold water then pour the contents then stir. You will not stir it for a long time because the fibers will not really be dissolved. The first one that I tried is Pineapple. The flavor is on point. Not to strong and not too bland. The secret is to add just the right amount of water which is about half a glass. The first that I noticed is the texture. You will feel the ‘pulp-like’ texture in your tongue as you drink it. At first, I actually didn’t like it but as days goes by. I eventually got used to it that I almost chew it lol. The second that I tried is Mango followed by Dalandan. They are of the same texture, it’s just the flavor that changed. I will call Pineapple as my favourite as I find it to have the most fruity flavor among all. It improved my bowel movement and also my appetite. 👍🏻

Taking C-Lium Fiber is not new to me. I have taken this years ago, probably 5-8 years ago. I was trying to lose weight back then and I just read that C-Lium Fiber will help me reduce my weight. So I took 1 sachet a day, before any meal. After about an hour, I felt like my tummy burst once I sat on the toilet bowl. It was an easy and smooth "toilet journey", I never exerted too much effort, not like before. I always have to stay long in the toilet to finish my "meeting" probably took me 10-15 minutes. But this time, after taking the C-Lium Fibre, 3 minutes tops then I'm done! And yes, my favorite flavor is Mango, I love the smell and the taste, but not really the texture. I had a hard time swallowing it. Aside from this, everything is cool.

I just love how C-Lium Fibre came up with the flavored husk. I used to drink the plain one before, however I find it hard to finishing 1 serving because of the texture and bland taste, I often buy juice to mix with it. Its like they read my mind! Now, Its easier to prepare and more friendly on my budget, I no longer need to buy juice and I like its fruity taste.

Who doesn't love eating? We all do right, pero minsan sumosobra ang kain natin lalo na sa panahon natin ngayon na kailangan nasa bahay tayo lagi. C-Lium flavored fiber husks actually helped supress my unnecessary and unhealthy eating habit, because it makes you feel full after consuming it. It comes in three different flavors, pineapple, mango, and dalandan, which gives the drink a fresh summer feel. Plus, nakatulong din sya sa digestion ko since I have a slow metabolism. It's really worth the try and i can say it is a good partner when you are trying to have a better and healthier version of yourself.

C-Lium Fibre surprisingly aids with my digestion. Pooping is much easier after consuming the fiber drink. No more constipation and it really felt like that its doing a good job in removing toxins in my body. With regards to the flavor, pineapple has that natural taste compared to mango. Parang artificial flavoring yung sa mango which I don't like but bearable naman. While Dalandan flavor has very mild taste. But all of the three flavored husk drink has the same benefits so it is still good for the body regardless of the flavor. Also this is my first time trying a Fiber husk drink and I didn't like the texture of it at first but got used to it. This drink need to be consumed immediately because if you didn't drink it right away it will have that jelly like texture.

I have been diabetic for 3 years now and my stuggles with high blood sugar level, high cholesterol and even constipation made me find ways to keep myself healthy. Trying C-Lium fibre is really something that I have not regretted. To tell you honestly, high my cholesterol on January 2021 came to its normal levels in March 2021 by just trying it for 1 month. My constipation was totally gone. It also gives me the clean gut feeling. I am constantly bloated before trying the product and now its just like magic! I can even say my belly fat slowly lessen. Most importantly, I have not experienced any blood sugar spike! This product is highly recommended by me.
