It taste great that you're just drinking high sugar fruit drinks but you will get a lot of nutritious benefits, easy to drink prepare and eases the feel of being bloated.

I don't normally take fiber due to work schedule. I always have constipation or hyperacidity because of this. However, C-lium helped me regulate my bowel movement and kept me full most of the time. I also don't feel bloated unlike before.

I have tried C-Lium Fibre Husk before only once just to try it but I didn't continue because I can't stand the texture. However, making it fruit flavored made it bearable for me to drink. I especially love the Mango flavor.

C-Lium Fibre flavored husk aid my digestive problem. Medyo problem ko na talaga yung constipation ko noon pa. Especially netong pandemic kasi walang masyadong galaw at exercise. Pero nung natry ko for 15days tong C-Lium fibre, naging regular yung bowel movement ko, naging magaan yung feeling. Ang maganda dito, di sumakit yung tiyan ko after ko inumin or nung nagte-take effect na siya, unlike yung mga slimming tea na iniinom ko noon, na talagang mamimilipit ka sa sakit ng tiyan. And alam kong mas healthy to compare sa mga nainom kong pampajebs or pampayat kasi natural ang ingredients. Refreshing and easy to drink pa. Parang nagtitimpla ka lang ng regular drink. Minsan sinasabay ko sa meals lalo na pag napapadami yung kain ko, nakakabawas ng guilt. Hahaha. Definitely will buy this, pero pinakabet ko talaga yung dalandan, yun ang pinaka masarap among 3.

I like how easy to prepare C-Lium is. I don't even need warm water for it. I take it very early in the morning after waking up and it gets me started on my day. I like all flavors actually, they're all delicious! I also noticed that after drinking, it helps with my bowel movement in a day. I will surely recommend C-Lium to my family and friends.
